| Background: Chronic heart failure(CHF) is the current treatment of patients with chronic severe, modern medicine, drug and non drug therapy, although in different degree heart failure can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and signs, continued progress but on the whole is difficult to stop the deterioration of cardiac function in patients with heart failure and disease, heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia is the one of the causes of sudden death, many anti arrhythmic drugs because of negative inotropic effect of increased mortality but not for heart failure, only beta blockers and amiodarone guidelines recommend application, and have limitations, although amiodarone does not deteriorate cardiac function in patients with CHF, but the heart reflect more adverse side effects, and cardiac arrhythmias, modern medicine for the treatment of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia is facing difficulties, lack of safe and effective drugs. Shensong Yangxin capsule has clinical trials show that it has better anti arrhythmic effect. But there is still a lack of of CHF with ventricular arrhythmias effectively and without negative inotropic effects such as research, lack of CHF with ventricular arrhythmia and the risk of sudden cardiac death have predictive value of sinus heart rate turbulence(HRT) research.Objective: This study aimed to investigate the curative effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on patients with chronic heart failure complicated with premature ventricular and shock effects on the sinus rate, for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure patients with ventricular premature to seek a safe and effective drug, improve clinical symptoms, and prognosis for patients with chronic heart failure complicated with premature ventricular and sudden death risk forecast factor a new, easy to operate.Methods: Study of randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, the selection criteria and signed informed consent of patients with chronic heart failure ventricular premature beat in 50 cases as the research object. After the end of the study by the blind, oral test drugs were included in the treatment group, oral placebo as control group, two patients with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standard treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine placebo, test group were treated with standard treatment combined with Shensongyangxin capsule, treatment for 2 months. From the TCM syndrome score, premature ventricular number, 6 minutes walking distance and HRT evaluation.Results:The patients were observed in 50 cases, including 0 cases of loss, data analysis of 50 cases. The results are as follows: 1 TCM syndrome score After treatment, the TCM syndrome integral of the treatment group was lower than before treatment(P < 0.05), and the control group had no improvement(P > 0.05). 2 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram room early number The total number of patients in the treatment group was significantly less than before treatment(P < 0.05), and the control group had no improvement(P > 0.05). 3 The 6 Minute Walk Test After treatment, the walking distance of the treatment group was significantly increased after 6 minutes walking distance(P < 0.05), and the control group had no improvement(P > 0.05). 4 Heart Rate TurbulenceThe initial shock(TO) of the treatment group was lower than before treatment(P < 0.05), and the control group had no improvement(P > 0.05).The shock slope(TS) of the treatment group was higher than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05), and the control group had no improvement(P > 0.05). 5 Heart functions between TO and TSThe grade NYHA and grade II TO were elevated(P > 0.05), the grade of NYHA heart function and grade II and grade TS were decreased(P > 0.05). Conclusion: 1 Shensongyangxin capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure and ventricular early patients. 2 Shensongyangxin capsule can reduce chronic heart failure patients complicated with premature ventricular premature ventricular number. 3 Shensongyangxin capsule can improve chronic heart failure patients with ventricular early 6 minutes walking distance. 4 The passivation of HRT in patients with chronic heart failure. 5 Shensongyangxin capsule can improve chronic heart failure patients complicated with premature ventricular HRT "passivation" normal phenomenon. 6 The increase of the functional grade of HRT in patients with chronic heart failure, the phenomenon of NYHA passivation was not significantly increased. |
