| Objective:The effective mechanism is discussed through the Suixin capsule influence on rat chronic heart failure serum BNP levels. And further observation is clinically carried out regarding Suixin capsule on chronic heart failure patients with cardiac and six minutes walk test influence.Methods:The animal experimentation method uses 64 SPF class SD rats, takes 16 to counterfeit stochastically the surgery group, odd 48 are the surgery groups. The surgery uses the abdomen aorta shrinking technique to produce pressure overload chronic heart to fade rat.The sham-operation group only isolate the abdominal aorta. Five weeks after the mold-making,each group the random take six rats.Examination two group of big rat blood serum BNP levels.The rest of surgery group rats are randomly divided into three groups the Suixin capsule group, the Captoprill group and the model group. Once a day the Suixin capsule suspension 1ml/100gi.g is given to Suixin capsule group,captorprill suspension lml/100g i.g is given to Captoprill group,the same dose water is given to sham-operation group and the model group instead for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks,It is detected concerning treatment with ELISA spectrometry with western medicine to captopril capsule rat serum BNP levels influence, and statistics processing is done.Sixty cases (TCM term heart of kidney-Yang deficiency) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated by west medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated by Suixin capsule 5 capsules every time,three times everyday on the basis of conventional treatment.The cardiac function and the six minutes walking distance change of all patients were observed.Result:1.In animal experiment,compared with the sham-operation group the serum BNP levels(P<0.01)significantly increased in the model group,the suixin capsules group and the captoprill group,both the suixin capsules group and the captoprill group can improve rat chronic heart failure BNP levels of serum.They had significant increase in the model group serum BNP levels(P<0.01),the suixin capsule team and the captoprill team had no remarkable difference(P>0.05)2.In the clinical observation concerning the treatment group and the control group,they show great improvement in cardiac function and 6 minutes walking distance.(P<0.05),and compared with the control group, the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Suixin capsule can reduce rat chromic heart failure BNP levels of serum,and modifying the cardiac function.2.The suixin capsule has the accurate curative effect regarding the chronic heart failure patients(TCM term heart of kidney-Yang deficiency), it may alleviate the chromic heart failure clinical symptom,it does not have the poison and the side effect either. |
