Objective To study the effect of Jiawei Wu LingSan on the level of uric acid, neurological deficits and self-care ability in daily living patients, the improvement of clinical symptoms and safety of Chinese medicine in patients with acute ischemic stroke combined with asymptomatic hyperuricemia blong to Spleen wet and weak.Changes in sexual indicators. To investigate the efficacy of Jiawei WuLingSan reducing uric acid in combination with aspirin on the prognosis of acute ischemic stroke, and to provide a safe and effective treatment for hyperuricemia associated with acute stroke. Methods A random number of 80 patients with ischemic stroke complicated with ischemic stroke combined with asymptomatic hyperuricemia of Spleen wet and weak admitted to the Department of Neurology of the First Hospital of Wuhan City in June 2016 and June 2017 was selected. The table method was divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was given aspirin 100 mg/d plus self-made Jiawei WuLingSan 1 dose/d,and the control group was given aspirin 100 mg/d+ Benzbromarone 50 mg/d,both groups were treated 2 After the month, blood uric acid was measured, and NIHSS,mRS,and TCM syndrome scores were evaluated in parallel.Self-pre and post-control and intergroup comparisons were used to analyze related indicators, symptoms, and disease conditions.Statistical software was used for data analysis. Results 1 There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, body mass index and other general clinical data, and they were comparable.2 The serum uric acid levels after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum uric acid between the two groups(P>0.05).3Comparison of the efficacy of hyperuricemia after treatment between the two groups showed no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).4 The NIHSS and mRS scores after treatment in the observation group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5 The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and after the treatment in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the TCM syndrome scores after treatment in the control group were higher than those after treatment. There was no significant drop before the change, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 82.5%,and the total effective rate of the TCM syndromes in the control group was 22.5%.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).6 Safety analysis: One patient in the control group experienced gastric discomfort and diarrhea symptoms. One patient had pruritus symptoms. No adverse events occurred in the observation group after treatment. There were no other complications in the two groups. Conclusion Jiawei WuLingSan can effectively reduce the serum uric acid level in patients with ischemic stroke. The clinical efficacy of hyperuricemia is similar to that of Benzbromarone Jiawei WuLingSan combined with aspirin can better improve the clinical symptoms of ischemic stroke neurological deficits and improve their daily living ability.Jiawei WuLingSan can effectively reduce TCM Syndrome Scores of patients with ischemic stroke complicated by hyperuricemia with Spleen wet and weak, and increase the efficacy of TCM syndromes.
