| Objective This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on blood stasis patients with acute ischemic stroke and its improvement in AA inhibition rate,neurological deficit and TCM constitution.Methods A total of 60 blood stasis patients with acute ischemic stroke who met the enrollment criteria from April 2019 to December 2019 in the Department of Neurology of Wuhan First Hospital were selected.A randomized controlled study was used.Basically,it was divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups of patients had the same conventional western medicine treatment.The control group was given Bolivir 75mg/d,the treatment group was given Bolivir 75mg/d + Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction 1 dose/d,and they were decocted twice to take a total of 600 m L of juice,and then added musk for 3 minutes.In the morning and evening,take 2 divided servings,2 months as a course of treatment,and distribute Chinese medicine in the form of decoction in the hospital of Wuhan First Hospital.Closely observe the patient's body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,liver and kidney function and other conventional indicators during the medication.The patients' AA inhibition rate,NIHSS score,m RS score,and TCM body mass table score were performed1 and 2 months after treatment For evaluation,the methods of comparison before and after the group and comparison between groups were used to analyze the improvement of related indicators and symptoms,and data analysis and processing were performed using Sp SS 24.0 statistical software.Results(1)The two groups of patients were not significantly different in general information such as gender,age,and weight,and were comparable.(2)The AA inhibition rate of the two groups of patients did not get improved obviously after 1 month of treatment(p>0.05),and the AA inhibition rate was significantly improved after 2 months of treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment group had a more significant improvement than the control group(p<0.01).The efficacy of the treatment group in improving aspirin resistance was apparently higher than that of the control group(p <0.01),and 2 months later,the total effective rate was distinctly higher than that of the control group.(3)The NIHSS and m RS scores of the two groups of patients did not improve significantly after 1 month of treatment(p>0.05),and the NIHSS and m RS scores of the two groups were obviously improved after 2 months of treatment(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group has a more significant improvement(p<0.01).The curative effect of the treatment group in improving neurological deficits was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01),and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group after 2 months of treatment.(4)TCM body mass scores did not get significant improved after1 month of treatment in both groups(p>0.05),TCM body mass scores improved significantly after 2 months of treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment group was compared with the control The improvement was more significant in the group(p<0.01).The effect of the treatment group on the improvement of TCM constitution was apparently higher than that of the control group(p<0.01),and 2months later,the total effective rate was obviously higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of AR in patients with acute ischemic stroke.The combination of plavix can improve the blood stasis of AR in acute ischemic stroke.The AA inhibition rate,neurological deficit and TCM constitution of patients with quality were more significant than those of the control group.Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction is safe and reliable for the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke with AR.It can further explore its related mechanisms and conduct multi-level and multi-target experiments to promote its application in clinic. |
