The Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Ermiaosan In Intervention Of Damp-heat Physique Hyperuricemia

Research objective: The main purpose of this study was to compare the changes of the test indicators before and after treatment in the experimental group(flavored Ermiao San)and the control group(febuxostat)and the improvement of the TCM constitutional transformation score.To understand whether Jiawei Ermiao San has improved physical function and hypouric acid effect on hyperthermia(hyperuricemia,HUA),the intervention effect on HUA associated diseases,and the safety of Jiawei Ermiao San.Research method: During the outpatient clinic of the Department of Endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of professor Zou Xiaoling,collected 85 outpatient medical records from January 2018 to September 2018 who met the asymptomatic HUA dialectic as damp-heat quality.They were randomly divided into 43 cases of experimental groups(Jia-wei-er-miao-san)and 42 cases of control group(febuxostat).The Treatment course of the two groups was 8 weeks,and the physical fitness scores,Relevant physical examination and related biochemical indicators of hematuria were detected were evaluated before treatment,4th week of treatment and 3rd month after stopping treatment..The relevant efficacy indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment were observed.Research results: 80 cases of effective cases,40 cases in each group.According to the decrease of uric acid,27 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 95%.In the control group,32 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 97.5%.According to the evaluation of TCM system,the experimental group was effective in 32 cases,effective in 5 cases,and the total effective rate was 92.5%.The control group was markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 13 cases,and ineffective in 22 cases,with a total effective rate of 45%.CREA,GLU,SBP and CHO1 were decreased in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the ALT increased after treatment(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Jiawei Ermiao San has a good effect on improving thewet and hot constitution of HUA patients.(2)Jia-wei-er-miao-san has a definite curative effect in reducing Serum uric acid(SUA).It also has certain auxiliary therapeutic effects on improving kidney function,blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipid while reducing UA.This reflects the overall concept of Chinese medicine.3In terms of safety,the taste of Ermiao is better than the western medicine febuxostat.
