Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Invigorating Spleen，Dissipating Phlegm And Resolving Turbidity Method In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Hyperuricemia (Wind Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:The study aims to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of invigorating spleen,dissipating phlegm and resolving turbidity method in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with hyperuricemia(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)by comparing the changes of uric acid level,neurological impairment degreeand TCM syndrome scores before and after drug treatment.Methods: 60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke with hyperuricemia(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Conventional treatment of acute ischemic stroke,and health guidance were given to both groups.On the basis,the observation group received oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth treatment,while the control group orally took Allopurinol Tablets,with a treatment course of 4 weeks.The changes of uric acid level,neurological impairment degree and TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Result:1 Comparison before treatment;1.1 There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender and age(P>0.05);1.2 There was no significant difference between the two groups in uric acid(P>0.05);1.3 There was no significant difference between the two groups in NIHSS score(P>0.05);1.4 There was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05);2 Comparison after treatment2.1 The decrease of uric acid level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);2.2 The NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);2.3 Relatively to the control group,there was a significant decrease in the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group(P<0.05);2.4 The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of invigorating spleen,dissipating phlegm and resolving turbidity method in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with hyperuricemia(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and obviously reduce uric acid,NIHSS scores and TCM syndrome scores.Therefore,it provides clinical treatment with new ideas.
