Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Shenqi Wuling Powder In The Treatment Of Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection

Purpose:Adopted retrospective analysis method to observe the Jiawei Shenqi Wulingsan Decoction in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection clinical curative effect,provide the new methods about alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce the number of relapses.Material and method:This research survey and collect the patients with recurrent urinary tract infection diagnosed in the outpatient and ward of Attached Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020.Based on research customized diagnostic standard,inclusion standard,and exclusion standard,select 75 patients who meet the criteria were divided into treatment group(38counts)and control group(37counts).The control group patients use single western medicine antibiotic treatment;the treatment group patients use both western medicine and Jiawei Shenqi Wulingsan Decoction,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Record the clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment,and record the change and recurrence of routine urine,blood routine examination,urine protein in the two groups.To evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:1.Clinical curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.74%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.23%,the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom treatment result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 64.12%,and the TCM symptom improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The TCM symptom improvement aspect influence:The treatment group in the treatment of urination about improve urinary lean and pain,endless,abdominal pain and waist pain symptoms better than the control group(P<0.05).4.The test result in laboratory:When the course of treatment finished,both groups of white blood cell count,the red blood cells count and bacteria count all reduced before the treatment,the treatment group effect is more obvious.(P<0.05).5.Drug safety analysis:through the detection of ECG,liver and kidney function and other items,both normality,show drug was safety.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Shenqi Wulingsan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and index.Significantly improve recurring urinary tract infections.2.Jiawei Shenqi Wulingsan Decoction can obviously ease the urinary lean and pain,endless,abdominal pain and waist knee pain symptoms of patients,reduce the urine white corpuscle number,urine red blood cell number and else laboratory index,cut back the relapsed rate,at the same time improve clinical efficacy.
