A Clinical Study On The Effect Of Auricular Acupoints Sticking On New Synthetic Drugs Protracted Withdrawal Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of auricular points sticking on new synthetic drugs addicts protracted withdrawal syndrome and the quality of life,and explore the effect and mechanism of auricular points sticking on the protracted withdrawal syndrome,To provide a safe,effective and simple external treatment for the rehabilitation work of the protracted withdrawal syndrome.Method60 patients selected from the judicial compulsory isolation Detoxification Institute in Fuzhou,Fujian province according to the diagnostic criteria of "mental disorders due to psychoactive substances" in the third edition of the 1994 Chinese Psychiatric Classification program and diagnostic Criteria(CCMD-3),according to the Random digital table,it can be divided into auricular acupoint pressing therapy group and blank control group,each group of 30 cases.The treatment group chooses Shenmen point,Lung,Triple energizer,Endocrine,Sympathetic nerve,Subcortical,Heart,Liver,Kidney,and the tender points,take a ear profile with 75%of the ethanol routine disinfection,with 0.6cm x 0.6cm adhesive tape will be the king does not leave the seed affixed to the acupoint.Instruct the patient to press 3-5 every day,from the bottom up,each press 3-5min,press intensity to the ear hair red fever swell is good.Each paste pressure one ear point,3 days for another ear point,two ear auricular points alternately used,10 days a course,the middle rest 1 days to continue the next course of treatment,a total of 3 treatments.The control group did not give any treatment.All subjects tested the SCL-90 scale,QOL-DA scale and serum dopamine levels 1 days before treatment and 1 days after treatment.The obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0.Results(1)The SCL-90 score:there is no statistic difference(P>0.05)before the treatment which means that these two groups can be compared.The score of treatment group decreased compared with before treatment and it had significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,control group were insignificant differences.By comparison between two groups,the difference after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences in the total score,body and anxiety of the treatment group were higher than that in the control group.(2)The QOL-DA score:there is no statistic difference(P>0.05)before the treatment which means that these two groups can be compared.After group comparison,the total score of QOL-DA in the treatment group was significantly higher after treatment,and there is statistic difference between the treatment group and before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between groups,there is statistically significant difference after treatment,include withdrawal symptoms,physical function,social function(P<0.05),the treatment group symptom difference value higher than the control group.(3)DA in serum:The score of treatment group increased compared with before treatment and it had significant diflference(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,control group were'insignificant differences.Conclusion(1)Auricular Acupoints Sticking can improve the curative effect of new synthetic drug addicts protracted withdrawal symptoms exactly,especially for somatic symptoms,anxiety has significant effect.(2)Auricular Acupoints Sticking can increase new synthetic drug serum DA levels in patients with protracted withdrawal.(3)Auricular Acupoints Sticking can improve the patient's life quality,and the effect is obvious in three dimensions of body function,abstinence symptom and social function.
