| Objective:By observing the changes of related indexes,the clinical effect of Guizhiporing pill combined with ear acupoint sticking in the treatment of type ?B prostatitis(dampness and heat stasis type)was discussed,so as to provide an effective TCM treatment scheme for CP/CPPS.Methods:The cases in this study were all consecutive cases from the urological department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020,which met the criteria for investigation cases.Through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients with type ?B prostatitis(dampness-heat stasis)were finally randomly divided into three groups.Control group A was treated with the ?-receptor blocker(tansulosin)recommended in the 2014 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Prostatitis,control group B was treated with GuizhiFuling pill for flavor,and treatment group C was treated with GuizhiFuling pill for flavor combined with auricular point sticking therapy for 6 consecutive weeks.The counts of lecithin bodies in prostatic fluid in the control group and the treatment group before and after the intervention were collected by NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndrome integral.The adverse reactions occurred at any time during the study were detected,and corresponding countermeasures were actively taken to analyze and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment in the three groups.Follow-up was conducted for 2 months after the end of treatment to observe the recurrence rate.Result:1.Curative efect result:In the treatment group of C20 patients,2 patients were cured,12 patients showed obvious effect,and 4 patients were effective.The total effective rate was 90.0%.In the control group of A20 patients,1 patient was cured,7 patients were significantly effective,and 4 patients were improved.The total effective rate was 60.0%.In the control group of B19 patients were cured,1 patient was cured,7 patients were significantly effective,and 4 patients were improved,with a total effective rate of 63.6%.X2 test was conducted between the treatment group and the control group,and the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance.(Xac2=4.800,Pac=0.028<0.05;Xbc2=3.950,Pbc=0.047<0.05)2.Clinical related indexes:In terms of NIH-CPSI score,the comparison of the three groups of patients before treatment showed P>0.05,which was comparable.In the same group,the comparison before and after treatment showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The comparison between the treatment group C and the control group A and B showed Pac=0.042 and PBC=0.049,respectively,which showed statistical difference.The treatment group was superior to the control groups;In terms of the total score of TCM syndromes,the three groups were compared before and after treatment.After statistical analysis,P was all lower than 0.05,showing A statistical difference 0.01,there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group;In terms of the number of lecithin bodies in prostatic fluid,there was no statistical difference in the number of lecithin bodies between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the number of lecithin bodies in treatment group C was+++or above from 17 cases,14 cases in control group A and 13 cases in control group B.After statistical analysis,the number of lecithin bodies in the three groups after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment,and P was less than 0.05 between treatment group and control group A and B after treatment,showing A statistical difference.3.During the treatment,1 patient in control group B fell off and went back to other places to visit relatives.There was no obvious discomfort,and the safety of the treatment regimens was reliable.4.After 2 months follow-up,the recurrence rate of control group A and B were 25.0%and 16.7%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.5%.Chi-square test showed that P was greater than 0.05 between the treatment group and control group A and B,and there was no statistical difference among the three,indicating that the recurrence rate of the three treatment regiments was comparable after treatment.Conclusion:Guizhifuling pill combined with auricular acupoint therapy has unique advantages in the treatment of type IIIB prostatitis(dampness-heat stasis syndrome).The auricular acupoint pressing therapy has a promoting effect on the efficacy of Guizhiporing pill in this disease,which is worthy of further evident-based medical data support and verification. |
