Objective: Study the effects of PGF2?, PGE2, PGF2?/PGE2, ?-EP, TXA2 and TXB2 in primary dysmenorrhea patients with auricular point sticking treatment, to discuss the effect mechanism of auricular point sticking prevent and treat primary dysmenorrhea, and provide experimental basis of promote application of auricular point sticking prevent and treat primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: Auricular Point Sticking Group were randomly selected into 18 cases with primary dysmenorrhea, Normal Control Group were randomly selected 14 cases with female college students. Auricular point selected TF2, CO18, AH6, AT4, TF4, CO10 and CO12, q.i.d, 4 hours interval, each auricular points press 20 times, in third day, replace the contralateral auricular point, treatment of three consecutive menstrual cycles. Blood samples were collected within24 h, before treatment and after three menstrual cycles of treatment menstruation. By using ELISA determination of serum PGF2?, PGE2, ?-EP, TXA2 and TXB2 content.Results:1. Before treatment, Auricular Point Sticking Group PGF2?, PGE2, PGF2?/PGE2 value levels were higher than Normal Control Group(P< 0.05), after treatment, PGF2 ? /PGE2 value levels were decreased(P< 0.05), no difference with the Normal Control Group(P>0.05).2. Before treatment,Auricular Point Sticking Group ?-EP content have no difference, no statistical significance(P>0.05), after treatment, the?-EP content was higher than that before treatment(P< 0.01) and Normal Control Group(P< 0.01).3. Before treatment, Auricular Point Sticking Group TXA2 and TXB2 levels were higher than Normal Control Group(P< 0.01), after treatment, TXA2 and TXB2 levels were decreased(P<0.01), no difference with the Normal Control Group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The effects mechanism of auricular point sticking prevent and treat primary dysmenorrhea, may be related to the regulation of PGF2?, PGE2, ?-EP, TXA2 and TXB2 levels in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.
