An Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Huoluo Anshen Prescription Combined With Auricular Point Sticking Pressure For Insomnia With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)scores and laboratory indexes before and after the treatment of insomnia with blood stasis syndrome by Huoluo Anshen decoction combined with auricular point sticking pressure,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Huoluo Anshen decoction combined with auricular point sticking pressure.Methods: A randomized parallel control study was conducted.The subjects were from January 2018 to December2018.They were hospitalized in the outpatient department of encephalopathy and the ward of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 84 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.42 cases in observation group were treated with Huoluo Anshen decoction and auricular point sticking pressure,while 42 cases in control group were treated with Estazolam tablets orally for four weeks.To observe the changes of PSQI score,TCM syndrome score and overall clinical efficacy before and after treatment,blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were used as safety indicators,and statistical analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huoluo Anshen decoction combined with auricular point sticking pressure.Result:1.A total of 84 patients were enrolled in this clinical study,76 of whom completed the clinical observation.There were 3 cases in the observation group and 5 cases in the control group,with a total exfoliation rate of 9.52%.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,occupation,education level,single symptom distribution,PSQI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The total effective rate was 89.74% in the observation group and 81.08% in the control group.There was a difference between the two groups in the total clinical efficacy(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were improved in both groups.The changes of TCM syndromes in the observation group(from 32.18±8.23 to 12.54±8.09)were significantly better than those in the control group(from 32.46±7.13 to 18.78±7.37).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).5.Both groups could improve PSQI scores.The changes of PSQI scores in the observation group(from 14.10±2.78 to 5.97±2.39)were significantly better than those in the control group(from 13.70±2.74 to 7.49±2.64).There was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).6.No significant adverse reactions were observed in all patients during clinical observation.No abnormal changes were found in blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram(ECG),and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Huoluo Anshen decoction combined with auricular point sticking pressure therapy has obvious effect on insomnia with blood stasis syndrome.It has more advantages in reducing TCM syndromes,PSQI scores and improving clinical symptoms than Eszolam alone,and better improves sleep and quality of life of patients.2.Huoluo Anshen decoction combined with auricular point sticking pressure has no obvious adverse reactions and good safety.
