The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Delayed Menorrhea(Phlegm-damp Syndrome) By Using The Cangfudaotan Decoction And Auricular Point Sticking

Purpose: This article mainly research delayed menorrhea(phlegm damp syndrome)in Traditional Chinese medicine,to observe the cangfudaotan decoction plus and minus and auricular point sticking's clinical curative effect.Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group took the cangfudaotan decoction plus or minus,combined with auricular point sticking.The control group only took the cangfudaotan decoction plus or minus.The medicine method:On the first day after menstruation,begin to take traditional Chinese medicine and continue to use it for 21 days.Mode of auricular point sticking's operation:Choose a standard auricular application,and press it for one minute before each meal,about 70 ~ 80,the compression strength is acceptable.It was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 21 days.The control group only took Chinese medicine.Both groups received 3 courses of treatment.Other drugs are prohibited during treatment.Results: According to the clinical symptom scores,ages,course of the disease and treatment on two groups of cases before the main symptoms and secondary symptoms before treatment,statistical analysis,there was no significant difference,namely no statistical significance(P>0.05),thus there are comparable.Comparison before and after treatment results,two groups of main symptoms integral,secondary symptoms integral,the curative effect of total integral,through statistical comparison,has remarkable curative effect,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Through 66 delayed menorrhea's cases(6 cases of abscission)were treated,the treatment group use the cangfudaotan decoction plus and minus,combined with auricular point sticking,in the treatment of delayed menorrhea(phlegm damp syndrome),to improve clinical symptoms,curative effect is distinct.It was better than the control group that only took cangfudaotan decoction plus and minus.Neither group had any adverse reactions.Therefore,the cangfudaotan decoction plus and minus combined with auricular point sticking can be used as a clinical effective method.
