| Objective In this study,based on the methods of literature research,expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),analyzed the characteristics of flood disaster and ambulance demand,combined with the connotation of the flood disaster relief competency,we built the competency evaluation index system for flood disaster relief of nurses.This index system provides reference basis for selecting,training and evaluation of disaster relief nurses and then help Improving the nurses' response and disposal ability to floods disaster relief.It can also beneficial to the whole construction of the disaster nursing system.Methods1.In the early stage of this study,the organizers analyzed the current situation of flood disaster medical relief and the demand for the treatment of flood disasters through literature research and expert consultation.2.On this basis,the primary competency evaluation index system for flood disaster relief of nurses was built through literature research,theoretical research and the semi-structured interview.Delphi Expert Consultation Method was used to carry out 2 rounds to evaluation the indicators.3.Excel,SPSS17.0,Yaahp10.5 and other software were used to analysis data.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels.In the end,it has formed the competency evaluation index system for flood disaster relief of nurses.Results1.The representative of experts and the reliability of the consulting results:32 experts from tertiary hospital and school in Beijing,tianjin,shanxi,hubei.Two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire recovery rate were 100%,the experts' authoritative coefficient were 0.84,the variation coefficients were0.09-0.22 and 0.00-0.19,the coordination coefficient were 0.200-0.317 and0.221-0.361.2.The competency index system of flood disaster nurses comprised of 3first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 77 tertiary indicators.3.Setting weights of indicators: to build important degree of judgment matrix,using AHP to get all levels index weights,and consistency check whether the evaluation index system of the logical consistency.It is generally believed that the CR<0.1 is the judgment matrix is reasonable.In this study,the CR of the first level index was 0.0516,the secondary index was 0.0077-0176,and three-level indicator was 0.0000-0.0516,which suggested that the evaluation index system constructed in this study ware consistent with the logical consistency.Conclusions1.The expert involved in the 2 rounds of consults are representative and authoritative.The expert are highly motivated to research and their opinions are consistent.2.The selection method and weight setting are reasonable.The competency evaluation index system for flood disaster relief of nurses connected the characteristics of flood disaster relief,conducive to the application in practice.3.The academic significance of this study: this study combined with a variety of research methods,for flood relief features,focusing on disaster nursing for the long-term development.The competency evaluation index system for flood disaster relief of nurses is scientific and rigorous and makes up the deficiency of the research on the competency of nursing relief in different disaster.The significance of this research: first,provide selecting,training,and assessment basis for task preparation nurses.The seasonal law of flood emergence is obvious,and the distribution area is clear.The nursing skill training can be carried out according to the index system.The second is to improve the nursing responsiveness of flood emergence.The scientific and reasonable training is the key to improve the response capability of emergency rescue team.Strengthening and improving the ability of flood relief operations required for each through training according to this index system for flood relive mission of reserve personnel.Providing a basis for action and response for nurses.It can also beneficial to the whole construction of the disaster nursing system. |
