Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Dunye Guanxinning Tablet

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Dunye Guanxinning Tablet in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and to monitor the effect of the drug on blood lipid and homocysteine levels.Methods:Selected 20 patients with stable angina pectoris from the Department of Cardiology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients met the study inclusion criteria and did not take Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicines(patients taking traditional Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines,set 14-day drug washout period),then add Dunye Guanxinning Tablet,2 tablets,3/day,on the basis of maintaining western medicine standardized treatment.One basic visit before drug treatment was performed to check the patient's general condition and baseline level.One follow-up was conducted at the end of the first month of the drug treatment and at the end of the third month to evaluate the efficacy and safety.This test is mainly to observe the changes of the symptoms of angina pectoris?the effect of electrocardiogram?the use of nitroglycerin and the symptoms of TCM before and after the treatment.At the same time,monitor the changes of homocysteine levels and blood lipid levels,and perform statistical analysis.Results:1.A total of 17 patients in this study completed the experimental follow-up.2.Stable angina pectoris patients after 1 month and 3 months treatment,angina symptom curative effect total effective rate of 52.94%,76.47%respectively,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate are 88.23%and 88.23%respectively,electrocardiogram curative effect efficient were 47.06%,64.71%respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the data before and after,P>0.05,but it had a trend of improvement in the patient's symptoms.3.There was a statistically significant difference between the symptom total score after 1 month treatment and before the treatment.The same statistically significant difference results come out when compared with the symptom total score results after 3 months treatment and before the treatment?after 1 month treatment.P<0.01.4.After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,compared both total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and homocysteine level,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,but they both had a decrease trend.5.For the patients in the group,the blood and urine routine?liver and kidney function were examined before and 3 months after the drug treatment and the results were compared with each other and no significant changes were found.During the experiments,17 patients did not have drug-related adverse events.Conclusions:1.Dunye Guanxinning Tablet could improve the TCM syndrome integral in patients with stable angina of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and had a tendency for the symptoms of angina,electrocardiogram and nitroglycerin reduction to improve.2.The blood lipid and homocysteine level of the patients with stable angina were slightly decreased after taking Dunye Guanxinning Tablet.3.Dunye Guanxinning Tablet had good clinical safety for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris.In short,under the current study sample size,Dunye Guanxinning Tablet could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina,and had good safety.However,due to research observation time,the sample size was too small and the cycle was short.The results obtained may not be persuasive,and it is worth investigating further research in the future.
