| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of danchai Tongbi Decoction on stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type by comparing with the basic treatment of Western medicine.Methods:In this study,64 patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected from the cardiovascular department of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,64 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Danchai Tongbi Decoction plus basic treatment,while the control group was given basic treatment.Taking 14 days as a course of treatment,we observed the efficacy of Chinese medicine,clinical efficacy of Western medicine and safety indicators before and after one course of treatment,and analyzed the data by SPSS23.0 software.Results: 1.There were 4 shedding cases and 60 cases in each group,with 30 cases in each group.There was no difference in age,sex and course of disease distribution between the two groups.2.TCM symptom score: the TCM symptom score after treatment is significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).3.The curative effect of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 93.33%,while that in the control group was 70%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In improving angina pectoris,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05),with significant difference and statistical significance.5.Angina pectoris score: After treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.ECG: After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 63.33% and 53.33%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).7.Homocysteine: After treatment,there was a significant difference in Hcy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).8.Safety indicators: No obvious abnormality was found in the safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Danchai Tongbi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine is effective in treating stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which can effectively reduce TCM symptom score,angina pectoris score,homocysteine level,improve electrocardiogram and improve patients’ quality of life. |
