Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis method on homocysteine of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Phlegm-blood stasis type. Methods:The patients were selected from the outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine, there were 30 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria and give them traditional Chinese medicine decoction,2 weeks as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment. The TCM syndromes score and angina symptom score were recorded before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively,Serum homocysteine levels were recorded before and after treatment for 4 weeks.Use SPSS22.0 to process the collected data and draw a conclusion.Result:2 weeks after treatment compared with pre-treatment,4 weeks of treatment compared with 2 weeks of treatment, the total integral of TCM syndromes was obviously decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Except for symptoms of dizziness, all syndromes of TCM were obviously improved, after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, various of syndromes were reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2 weeks after treatment compared with pre-treatment,4 weeks of treatment compared with 2 weeks of treatment, the total symptom score of angina pectoris was obviously decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndromes were obviously improved. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome evaluation was 70.00%and 86.67%respectively.Clinical symptoms of angina pectoris was improved, the total effective rate was 76.67%and 90.00%respectively.4 weeks after treatment compared with preļ¼treatment, the serum homocysteine level was decreased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis can improve the TCM symptom of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Phlegm-blood stasis type).2.The method of dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis can reduce the level of Serum homocysteine of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Phlegm-blood stasis type).3.The method of dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis can improve the Angina pectoris of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Phlegm-blood stasis type).
