Study On The Effect Of Guanxinjian ? In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Anxiety And Depression(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

ObjectiveObservation of bolted decoct number ? intervention treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris with depression anxiety state(qi and blood stasis type)of clinical efficacy.MethodThe study cases were from 62 patients with stable angina pectoris with depression and anxiety who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized and outpatient in the second affiliated hospital of tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2018 to August 2019.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.In the course of the study,due to incomplete treatment and hospital transfer,1 case was lost in each group,and 60 cases were eventually completed.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group patients on the basis of conventional treatment combined with "bolted Fried ? date",two groups of a course of 6 weeks.The scores of chest(stuffy)pain symptom,TCM syndrome score and HAD scale of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment,and all data were analyzed and processed with SPSS20.0.The results of1.Chest pain symptoms integral(boring): the treatment group and control group after treatment symptoms of chest pain(boring)score was lower,the P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,after treatment,the symptoms of chest pain(boring)integral treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,P < 0.05,statistically significant difference,the treatment group total effectiveness 83.33%,significantly higher than the 60% of the control group,P < 0.05,the specific statistical significance difference,suggests that the treatment group in the chest(boring)pain symptoms improved significantly superior to the control group.2.TCM syndrome score: the treatment group and control group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine integral was reduced,the P < 0.05,the difference is statisticallysignificant,after treatment,Chinese medicine symptom integral treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,P < 0.01,statistically significant difference,the treatment group total effectiveness 86.67%,significantly higher than the 46.67% of the control group,P < 0.01,the specific statistical significance difference,it shows that the treatment group was better than control group in improving syndromes.3.Score of single TCM symptoms: chest pain,chest tightness,chest fullness,palpitation,dizziness,irritability,sigh,nagu,insomnia and constipation were all improved in the two groups.P values of comparison within the group were all < 0.05,with statistically significant differences.After treatment,P values were all < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The comparison found that the improvement effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group,especially in the aspects of irritability,eating,insomnia,constipation,the treatment group score improvement was significantly better than the control group.4.Yudhoyono rating scale: the treatment group and control group after treatment HAD scale score was reduced,the P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,after treatment,the treatment group HAD scale score significantly lower than the control group,P < 0.01,statistically significant difference,the treatment group total effectiveness 83.33%,significantly higher than the 60% in the control group,P < 0.01,the specific statistical significance difference,suggests that the treatment group in improving patients with anxiety depression is better than that in control group.5.Two groups during treatment without obvious adverse symptoms,electrocardiogram,blood routine,liver and kidney function index does not appear abnormal,prove bolted Fried? safe treatment of double heart disease.ConclusionThis study suggests that bolted Fried ? number with regular western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi and blood stasis type)combined depression anxiety state double heart disease,can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with chest pain(boring),TCM syndrome,improve patients with anxiety depression,improving the quality of life,and high safety,no obvious side effects,worthy of further popularization in clinical.
