A Research Of The Effect Of The Combining Therapy Of Frontal Scrubbing Massage And Drug Cupping On Cervical Vertigo Patients’ Brain Blood Flow Speed And Vertigo Symptoms

Research PurposeTo research the effect of the combining therapy of Frontal Scrubbing Massage and Drug Cupping on Cervical Vertigo Patients’ brain blood flow speed and vertigo symptoms.Research Method80 patients with cervical vertigo who met the conditions in January 2017～2017 December were selected by a simple randomized grouping method,1:1 were divided into two groups,40 cases in the comparison group and 40 cases in the experimental group.Patients in comparison groups were treated with the cervical traction,once a day,:while the experimental groups,based upon the regular treatment,will receive additional combining therapy of Frontal Scrubbing Massage and Drug Cupping.After the first 10 days’ of period of treatment,we will compare the the Two different groups’ clinical effectiveness,the change of brain blood flow speed and the change of vertigo symptoms and scores of functional measurement.Result:(1)The total clinical effectiveness of the experimental groups is 92.5%,and the comparison groups is 77.5%.The disparity between the two groups is of statistics significance(p<0.05);(2)Both groups demonstrate a remarkable improvement of brain blood flow speed after the treatment(p<0.05);the experimental groups result is higher than the comparison groups,and the disparity is of statistic significance(p<0.05).;(3)Both of the two groups’ vertigo symptoms have remarkably improved(p<0.05),but the experimental groups is much higher,and the disparity between the two is of statisticsignificance(p<0.05).(4)Both of the two groups’ functional scores have remarkably improved(p<0.05),but the experimental groups is much higher,and the disparity between the two is of statistic significance(p<0.05).ConclusionBased upon the regular treatment,the combining therapy of Frontal Scrubbing Massage and Drug Cupping upon Cervical Vertigo Patients will raise the clinical effectiveness,improve the brain blood flow speed,increase the measurement scores on Vertigo symptoms and function,which will help their early recovery.Therefore,this treatment worth clinical promoting and application.
