Clinical Study On Luo's Goudian Therapy In Treating Cervical Vertigo Cause By Cervical Spine Instability

Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage and traditional massage in treating cervical vertigo cause by cervical spine instability,discuss the clinical efficacy of Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage in treating cervical vertigo cause by cervical spine instability.Methods:Using randomized control trial,60 patients with cervical vertigo cause by cervical spine instability in accordance with the standards of inclusion and exclusion were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group.The control group used traditional massage,the treatment group used Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage.Both two group were treated for 4 courses,once a day,5 times as a course.There was a two-day rest after each course.The score of Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Function Assessment Scale,Dizziness Handicap Inventory and Cervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table was compared before and after the treatment.After the treatment,the efficacy evaluation was decided according to“Diagnosis and Therapeutic Standard of TCM Diseases ” combining with the improvement rate of ESCV.The ESCV score,DHI score and CervicalSpondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table score of patients who were followed up 1 month after treatment were compared with those before treatment.Results:1.Before treatment,two groups of patients in terms of gender,age and course of disease showed that the baseline of two groups of patients is comparable(P>0.05).Before treatment,the score of ESCV,DHI and Cervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table showed that the consistency and comparability of two groups of paients(P>0.05).2.Within the group comparison: before and after treatment of two groups of patients,the comparison of score in terms of ESCV,DHI and Cervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and 1 month after treatment of two groups of patients,the comparison of score in terms of ESCV,DHI and Cervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of comparison of two groups: after treatment of two groups of patients,the comparison of score of ESCV,DHI and Cervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).1 month after treatment of two groups of patients,the comparison of score in terms of ESCV,DHI andCervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of total effectiveness: the treatment group total effective rate was 93.1%,the control group total effective rate was 82.8%,showed that total effective of treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage and traditional massage can all improve the symptom of dizziness,the functional status of cervical spine and the quality of life,but the Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage is superior to the traditional massage.2.In terms of total effectiveness,the Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage is superior to the traditional massage.3.In terms of the stabilityof efficacy,the Luo's goudian therapy combined with traditional massage is superior to the traditional massage.
