Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo(Kidney Essence Deficiency Type) By Bushen Tiaogan Massage Therapy

Objective: This investigation is to observe the effect of Bushen tiaogan massagetherapy for Cervical vertigo (kidney essence deficiency type) clinical efficacy, and toexplore its mechanism of action.Method:60cases of Cervical vertigo (kidney essence deficiency type) patients arerandomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each.Record the vertebral artery and basilar artery blood average speed on TCD and "Cervicalvertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale" before and after the treatment thencompare the differences between the two groups.Results: There is significant differences on TCD and symptom score between beforeand after treatment (P＜0.05); There is no difference on TCD index between the twogroups after treatment (P＞0.05); There is significant difference on the symptom scorebetween the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05); The total effective rate of the two groupsafter treatment were96.67%and90%,there is significant difference of the cure ratebetween the two groups and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Clinical observation indexes show that Bushen tiaogan massage group isbetter than control group on the treatment of Cervical vertigo (kidney essence deficiencytype). There is clinical effect of Bushen tiaogan massage therapy for Cervical vertigo(kidney essence deficiency type) and has high clinical application value.
