Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Cervical Spondylopathy By Scraping Combined With Cupping

Objective This study aimed to determine scrapping joint cupping therapy in patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis,scrapping and cupping for grassroots promotion application provides the basis for treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis.Methods 78 patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis,exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The observation group by scrapping combined with cupping therapy,the control group with common acupuncture treatment.Before and after a course of treatment,all the patients were evaluated by the neck type of cervical dysfunction index(NDI),visual analog scale(VAS)and grade of cervical spondylosis symptom quantization table.Results ?At the end of the study,it was found that the scores of cervical spondylosis score(NDI)decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the quantification scale scores of cervical spondylosis were significantly reduced and the visual analogue scale(VAS)improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).?The total effective rate was 97.3%in the observation group and 81.1%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Scraping combined with cupping therapy for cervical cervical spondylosis can improve the function of cervical spine,reduce the degree of cervical pain and reduce the clinical symptoms and signs of cervical spondylosis.The treatment of cervical spondylosis with scraping combined with cupping therapy has certain guiding significance to the promotion and application of grassroots.
