Sha Cupping Therapy Combined With Massage To Treat The Xueyu Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Through scientific and rigorous experimental design,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and cupping combined with massage on the treatment of cervical spondylosis of blood stasis type cervical spondylosis was observed and compared with the traditional massage cupping,in order to obtain a better therapeutic effect.To provide theoretical and practical basis for the popularization and application of comprehensive treatment in clinic.Methods:60 patients with blood stasis type cervical spondylosis were diagnosed as cervical spondylosis of blood stasis type at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and the Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the standard of the discharge.A group of 30 patients were treated with a cupping and cupping combined with massage.The latter is treated with cupping under the premise of massage.Before and after treatment,the changes of the two groups of patients were recorded by the scale.Each group was treated with 3 times as a single course of treatment,and after2 courses of treatment,the relevant indexes were evaluated.After the end,the index was recorded,the data were analyzed by statistical method,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated objectively.Result:1.There was no statistical significance in the equilibrium analysis between the two groups.2.Overall overall efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.66%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).It shows that the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical spondylosis in accordance with the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine can obtain satisfactory results through the method of cupping and cupping and massage,and the effect is better than the simple massage combined with the cupping.3.In terms of pain,McGill and NPQ were compared before and after treatment.In group comparison(p<0.05),the data of PPI,PRI,VAS and NPQ between groups were compared.The results showed that there were significant differences in p<0.05.These 2 treatment methods can relieve subjective feelings and pain symptoms of patients,and the efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.4.The symptoms and signs,the use of NDI index evaluation comparison,two groups before and after the diagnosis and treatment of the two groups are less than 0.05,statistical significance,that is,at the end of the course of the patient's cervical symptoms and signs have been improved.The two in the intergroup comparison p<0.05,combined with the difference comparison,through the rank sum test z=-2.476,p=0.013(p<0.05),has statistical significance,further clarifying the combination of massage and acupuncture and cupping therapy for the treatment of blood stasis type cervical spondylosis is better.Conclusion:For the patients with cervical spondylosis of blood stasis syndrome,the combined therapy of cupping and cupping combined with massage can obviously improve the pain and life quality of the patients.Under the same effect,the clinical effect is obviously better than the traditional massage combined with cupping therapy.The treatment method is worth more research.Discuss and popularize the application.
