Electroacupuncture Combined With Low Energy Laser For The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Damp Type Obesity Curative Effect Observation

BackgroundGlobal trends are severe,and obesity is prone to complications.As a complication of diabetes,coronary heart disease,hypertension,cardiovascular diseases,malignant tumor of high blood lipids,osteoarthritis,coronary artery disease,cholelithiasis,pancreatitis,liver and kidney disease is caused by an important decrease in risk of life,the disabled factor.It is not only internal causes,but also external environment changes,lifestyle changes and psychological factors that can contribute to it.From twenty-first Century,Chinese medicine has many way of treatment,all kinds of methods of TCM treatment of obesity with acupuncture has significant curative effect,and the diversity of means,such as the use of acupuncture needling,acupuncture,electro acupuncture combined with auricular therapy and in combination with other methods,the apparent diversity means the effect of differences,but these methods have many advantages for example,low risk and no adverse reaction,a fast and outstanding results,widely popular.PurposeTo verify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of simple obesity,and combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsAccording to the patient's condition,according to the design of the syndrome,according to the form of registration,and then randomly selected 60 cases,divided into 2 groups.Among them,30 patients were divided into electroacupuncture group and 30 patients,and one group was divided into electroacupuncture group and laser group.After three months,the summary and evaluation of related index(height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,body mass index,visceral fat area,body fat percentage),and by SPSS 18.0 software for statistical data processing.ResultsThe results showed that electric acupuncture combined with laser treatment and electroacupuncture treatment were effective for the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness blocking obesity,but the total effective rate of electro acupuncture combined with laser group was better than that of electro acupuncture group.Between the two groups after treatment of changes in the value of the through independent samples T test showed that the body weight,body mass index,body fat percentage,lower fat content,decreased P<0.05 value has significant difference,waist circumference,visceral fat content decreased the value of P<0.01 has significant difference;hip circumference,thigh circumference,upper limb fat content decreased compared with no significant value meaning.The analysis of the data from the above:the effect of electro acupuncture combined with laser treatment of spleen dampness type obesity in reducing body weight,visceral fat,waist circumference,body fat percentage,body mass index,lower fat content than in the electroacupuncture group.ConclusionElectro acupuncture and laser treatment group and electro acupuncture group treatment of spleen deficiency dampness obesity disease patients have the effect,but the effect of electroacupuncture combined with laser group had better effect in reducing body weight,visceral fat,waist circumference,body fat percentage,body mass index,lower fat content than numerical acupuncture treatment.
