Comparative Observation Of Curative Effect In Acupoint Catgut Implantation Treatment On Different Degrees Of Simple Obesity In Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type

Objective: To observe clinical difference between the two groups on treating ?degree,?degree simple obesity in stagnation of liver-qi type by acupoint catgut implantation.Method: 60 cases of Stagnation of liver-qi type in patients with simple obesity were divided into ?degree,? degree simple obesity group, 30 cases in each group. Through comparison before,after and crossreference between groups, compare and observe the changes at some aspects, such as weight, body mass index, body fat rate, muscle rate, bust, waist and hip circumference and symptom score.Result: In the ?degree simple obesity group, the total effective rate is 86.67%; in the ? degree simple obesity group, the total effective rate is 90%. The statistics analysis shows that: within the groups: compared with the conditions before the treatment, the weight, body mass index, body fat rate and waist, hip circumference, and symptom scores of the patients all descend significantly after two period treatment, there is a very significant difference(P<0.01). Muscle rate is just the opposite. Group comparison shows that compared with the conditions before the treatment, differences of weight, body mass index, body fat rate, symptom scores,waist and hip circumference all descend significantly, there cis a significant difference(P<0.05).Muscle rate is just the opposite. Differences of bust are no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut implantation treatment on ?degree,? degree simple obesity(Stagnation of liver-qi type) is significant, but effect of ? degree obesity group is better. Different degrees of simple obesity have a direct effect on the curative effect of acupoint catgut Implantation treatment for simple obesity.
