Clinical Observation On 66 Cases Of Simple Obesity Treated By Electroacupuncture Combined With Walking Cans

Purpose:By observing simple obese patients weight,fat percentage,body mass index,waist circumference,indicators of change,compare EA joint Cupping and simple electric needle therapy clinical efficacy of simple obesity treatment.The clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in the objective aspects of acupuncture combined with cupping on obesity.To explore a method——Treatment effect more apparent,no adverse reaction,can persist for obese patients and there is no pain or suffering.In weight loss as well as shaping figure of a therapy for the treatment of simple obesity..Materials and Methods:Material and method:66 cases admitted in March 2014 to March 2015 received treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Beauty Clinic patients with simple obesity.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group, 33 cases in each group.The control group received simple electro-acupuncture,acupuncture main point in the abdominal,vaginal,sea air,outside the mausoleum,Tianshu,a large cross,yinlingquan,waterways,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,sliding door meat,Hong Leong,Ashi hole.According to the Syndrome Differentiation Point:Spleen dampness type with water,the Pro feet weep;Stomach heat and dampness type with music pool,gu, in chambers;Liver Qi stagnation with Taichong,between the lines,Yanglingquan;Spleen and kidney yang with the relevant element,too River;Add branch lander,liver shu Yin deficiency type internal heat.After needling Tianshu select(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral) electro-acupuncture device is turned on,the choice of density waves,radio frequency 1.5Hz,each time the needle 30 min,three days prior to continuous treatment,once every other day treatment;On the basis of the control group and treatment group treated with walking tank,mainly in the back and abdomen.Back along the du meridian and bladder;The abdomen vein,spleen and stomach in office by pushing back and forth.The back and the abdomen alternates the next day.Results:1. Joint Cupping acupuncture therapy and acupuncture therapy for treatment of obesity have a significant effect.2. In the waistline, fat percentage(FAT), body mass index(BMI) aspect, combined with acupuncture treatment tank to go to therapy was better than acupuncture therapy.Conclusion:1. Combined therapy Acupuncture and Cupping has a good effect in the treatment of simple obesity.2. Combined therapy Acupuncture and Cupping at the time of the treatment of simple obesity on the waistline, fat percentage(FAT) and body mass index(BMI) to improve the terms of its efficacy was significantly better than the simple use of electric acupuncture, in terms of shaping particularly prominent.
