Objective:Taking the first batch of standardized training doctors of general practice in our province as the survey object,we have a good understanding of the contents related to the employment of general practitioners,such as the performance of contract,satisfaction of department setting,further study policy,salary and treatment,career planning after the contract period,etc.,so as to adapt to the actual situation of our province,and take the stabilization of primary medical team as the guidance Suggestions for the improvement of post employment situation.method:In this survey,144 general practitioners who graduated from our province in 2018 for order oriented standardized training were selected as the survey objects,and the questionnaire was used.The content of the questionnaire mainly includes two parts(personal basic information,employment status of the place of employment).The data were analyzed by SPSSAU.result:144 questionnaires were distributed,144 were recovered,and 144 were valid.The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,including 42 males(29.17%)and 102 females(70.83%);78 rural residents(54.17%)and 66 non rural residents(45.83%);51 people(35.42%)whose household registration and work place are not in the same state or city,93 people(64.58%)in the same state or city;the order orientation is complete Among them,139(96.53%)doctors returned to their places of employment,3(2.08%)applied for other professional postgraduates,1(0.69%)applied for general medicine postgraduates,and 1(0.69%)engaged in non-medical industry after breach of contract;working area: 137(97.86%)township health centers,2(1.43%)social health service centers,and 1(0.71%)county hospital 3(2.14%)were often satisfied,9(6.43%)were satisfied,47(33.57%)were basically satisfied,62(44.29%)were dissatisfied,and 19(13.57%)were extremely dissatisfied;further study policy: 6(4.29%)were very satisfied,13(9.29%)were satisfied,36(25.71%)were basically satisfied,58(41.43%)were not satisfied,27(19.29%)were extremely dissatisfied;Title Promotion Policy: 4(2.86%)were very satisfied and 14 were satisfied(10%),50(35.71%)were basically satisfied,54(38.57%)were dissatisfied,and 18(12.86%)were extremely dissatisfied;the monthly salary of the place of employment: < 2000 yuan for 3 people(2.14%),2000-3000 yuan for 70 people(50%),3000-5000 yuan for 66 people(47.14%),and more than 5000 yuan for 1 person(0.71%);they were very satisfied with the welfare and salary of their places of employment: 2(1.43%)were very satisfied,4(2.86%)were satisfied,and 34 were basically satisfied 29%),68(48.57%)were dissatisfied and 32(22.86%)were extremely dissatisfied.After the expiration of the contract,65 people(46.43%)went to work in the medical and health institutions of the hospital,28(20%)applied for general medicine,5(3.57%)opened personal clinics,10(7.14%)were engaged in non-medical industry,28(20%)applied for other professional postgraduates,and 4(2.86%)remained in the original primary medical institutions.Conclusions:(1)The compliance rate of general practitioners was high.(2)The satisfaction of general practitioners to the setting up of departments in primary medical institutions is low.(3)The education and training of general practitioners ordered by the order are not consistent with the actual needs of grass-roots units,and their professional ability is limited.(4)There are few opportunities for further study in the service units,and there are few opportunities for grassroots general practitioners to receive continuing education after graduation.(5)Promotion of professional titles is difficult.(6)The salary and welfare are meager,and the proportion of career planning to stay at the grass-roots level is small after the expiration of the contract.
