Objectives:To survey construction situation of general practitioner standardized training bases,assess hardware facilities and software facilities of each training bases.Hardware facilities include human resources,fund investments,and object resources.Software facilities include institution setting,and management system.Survey results found problems of general practitioner standardized training bases in Yunnan province,and analyze training base satisfaction among students and teachers so as to explore the influence factors of satisfaction,to come up with theory basis of general practitioner standardized training bases in Yunnan province on future,and better construct training bases,effective implement general practitioner standardized training.Methods:Survey used cluster sampling in 6 general practitioner standardized clinical training bases and 12 grass roots practice bases.According to general professional of<certification standard of resident doctors standardized training bases(trial implementation)>,seted out questionnaire and interviewed outline.According to survey results of hardware facilities and software facilities,carried descriptive analysis,calculated qualification rate of each facilities and satisfaction of students and teachers.Logistic regression analyses were employed to test the influence factors of training base satisfaction among students and teachers.Deep interview with managers of training bases were employed to carry qualitative analyze combined with results,according interviewed outline.Results:1.Hardware facilities of general practitioner standardized training bases in Yunnan province:Human resources aspect,in clinical training bases,human resources qualification rate were 44.31%,managers qualification rate were 50.67%,teachers qualification rate were 40.50%.In grass roots bases,human resources qualification rate were 53.06%,managers qualification rate were 49.17%,teachers qualification rate were 55,40%.Fund investments aspect,qualification rate of clinical training bases were 83.33%,qualification rate of grass roots bases were 8.33%.Object resources aspect,qualification rate of clinical training bases were 84.28%,qualification rate of grass roots bases were 57.38%.2.Software facilities of general practitioner standardized training bases in Yunnan province:Institution setting aspect,qualification rate of clinical training bases were 95.80%,qualification rate of grass roots bases were 87.50%.Management system aspect,in clinical training bases,base management system qualification rate were 90.91%,and teaching management system qualification rate were 100.00%.In gross roots bases,base management system qualification rate were 58.45%,and teaching management system qualification rate were 59.83%.3.Overall construction of general practitioner standardized training bases in Yunnan province:In clinical training bases,overall construction qualification rate were 81.47%,among institution setting(95.80%)and management system(94.74%)have the most higher qualification rates,and qualification rates of human resources were lowest(44.31%).In gross roots bases,overall construction qualification rate were 59.22%,among institution setting have the most higher qualification rates(87.50%),and qualification rates of fund investments were lowest(8.33%).4.Satisfaction and influence factors of general practitioner standardized training bases among students and teachers:Human resources aspect,students satisfaction(9.60%)of clinical bases was lower than teachers satisfaction(36.00%),teachers satisfaction of gross roots bases was 12.50%.Logistic analyze were found that title of a technical post(OR=1.874)were teachers satisfaction influence factor of human resources in clinical bases,awareness of related policy(OR=17.500)were teachers satisfaction influence factor of human resources in gross roots bases.Fund investments aspect,students satisfaction of living subsidies accounted for 7.30%.teachers satisfaction(8.90%)of clinical bases pay subsidies was higher than teachers satisfaction(1.60%)of gross roots bases.Logistic analyze were found that sex(OR=0.154),participate general practitioner training(OR=3.513),and awareness of related policy(OR=4.655)were teachers satisfaction influence factor of pay subsidies in clinical bases.Object resources aspect,students satisfaction in clinical bases accounted for 25.60%,teachers satisfaction in clinical bases accounted for 22.70%,teachers satisfaction in gross roots bases accounted for 20.30%.Logistic analyze were found that title of a technical post(OR=1.779),participate general practitioner teaching time(OR=1.921),and awareness of related policy(OR=1.315)were teachers satisfaction influence factor of object resources in clinical bases.Management system aspect,students satisfaction in clinical bases accounted for 21.50%,teachers satisfaction in clinical bases accounted for 24.40%,teachers satisfaction in gross roots bases accounted for 20.30%.Logistic analyze were found that title of a technical post(OR=1.467)were teachers satisfaction influence factor of base management system in clinical bases,and participate general practitioner teaching time(OR=3.341)were teachers satisfaction influence factor of base management system in gross roots bases,Overall construction aspect,Statistically significant associations were found that students satisfaction of human resources was bigger influence factor of students satisfaction of overall construction,teachers satisfaction of object resources was bigger influence factor of teachers satisfaction of overall construction.Conclusions:1.Overall construction of the clinical training bases is rather ideality,while gross roots bases have defectiveness.In each facilities,human resources and object resources are the important factors,while human resources in clinical bases and object resources in gross roots bases are dissatisfactory.2.Hardware facilities of training bases need strengthen:1)Human resources abilities should enhance.Through survey found that managers and teachers number of achieve standard are few.2)Although conform to country standard of clinical bases,fund investments irregularity,and fund investments of gross roots bases make worry.It would influence passion with students and teachers.3)Object resources are rather completed according to bases affirm standard,while students utilization level do not enough.However,construction of gross roots bases imperfect,and basic facilities need enhance.3.Software facilities of training bases exist in name only:At the present,each clinical bases establish system of general practitioner standardized training.While many bases do not carry system,and lack of effective security system.It would influence training process and quality.However,part of system in gross roots bases even do not establish.4.Students and teachers satisfaction of each construction in bases are pessimism,and influence factor are identical.Students and teachers satisfaction of hardware facilities are lower.Whereby,students satisfaction of human resources are very low.Students have pessimism to teachers that could influence study positivity of students.Bases do not have same subsidy to students and teachers that could induce discontented of students and teachers.Title of a technical post,participate general practitioner teaching time,participate general practitioner training,and awareness of related policy are major influence factors of each construction satisfaction among teachers.Teachers have higher title of a technical post,longer participate general practitioner teaching time,participate general practitioner training,and higher awareness of related policy,who have higher satisfaction of each construction,and can not be influenced by environment,and could keep stable teaching statue.Therefore,title of a technical post,participate general practitioner teaching time,participate general practitioner training could become important criteria of elect teachers standard.Meanwhile,enhance teachers training of related policy.Proposal:l.Proposal of enhancing hardware facilities:1)Human resources:support training opportunity,enhance awareness of related policy,and increase teaching ability.2)Fund investments:promote fund incline of gross roots bases,perfect fund investment and provide standard.3)Object resources:accelerate teaching facilities of gross roots bases,enhance availability of clinic bases..2.Proposal of practicing software facilities:1)Institution setting establish general medicine department of clinical bases,set up general practitioner standardized training specialized apartment of gross roots bases.2)base management system:perfect base management system,standard selection system and subvention system for teachers.3)teaching management system:solve teaching management system of gross roots bases.3.Government guarantee general practitioner standardized training base in Yunnan province.
