NGO In General Practitioner Standardization Training Countermeasures Research

With the continuous development of the economy and the coming of the aging era,urban and rural residents have new standards and requirements for health,and even the society puts forward higher standards for the quantity and quality of general practitioners.As the overall quality of our general practitioners is not high,and the services provided by them can no longer meet the actual needs of urban and rural residents,it is particularly important to strengthen the training for general practitioners.NGO,as an important carrier of standardized training for general practitioners,undertakes the important responsibility of providing standardized training for general practitioners and plays a decisive role in the course of general practitioner training.This paper has conducted a detailed investigation and research on the standardized training for general practitioners by NGO,and the analysis is carried out from four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,summary,methods,content,innovations,difficulties,as well as related concepts and theoretical basis.After that,the background meaning,purposes,requirements and the practice of standardized training for general practitioners by NGO are described and analyzed,and five problems are found: low level of training participation;weak teacher strength;lack of targeted training content;unreasonable teaching course setting;unfulfillment of the supervision of training bases.The reasons for these problems include: imperfect training system;insufficient awareness of training;lack of professional talents;insufficient capital investment.In view of these reasons,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on strengthening the standardized training for general practitioner,establishing a sound system,strengthening the connection between NGO and university training,increasing the capital investment and strengthening the construction of teachers' team in order to solve the existing problems.We also hope that through this study,we can improve the overall level of standardized training for general practitioners by NGO.
