Observation Of The Efficacy Of Modified Dingxian Pills Decoction To Patients In The Treatment Of Blepharospasm For The Liver Wind And Phlegm Stagnation

Objective:By observing the traditional Chinese medicine decoction before and after treatment of:"Modified Dingxian Pills",the blepharospasm strength grading(Cohen grading),clinical symptoms.TCM syndrome scores,and the safety of blood routine examination,liver and kidney function in patients with blepharospasm for the liver wind and phlegm stagnation,evaluation of "Modified Dingxian Pills " effectiveness and safety.Methods:A randomized parallel controlled study method was used.A total of 70 cases of blepharospasm for the liver wind and phlegm stagnation,observation group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).During the treatment period,the control group was given a combination treatment of "Oryzanol Tablets+Vitamin B1 tablet+ATP tablet+Calcium Gluconate tablets".The observation group was treated with "Modified Dingxian Pills" on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment plan of the control group.Both the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Observed the change of the Cohen grading,clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores with two groups of patients after treatment of 4 weeks ago.and blood routine examination.liver and renal function test,such as safety index,and carries on the statistical analysis of the objective evaluation of "Modified Dingxian Pills" for treatment autumn efficacy and safety of the patients.Results:(1)70 patients are included in this research,among which 66 patients finish the observation for 1 drop in the observation group and 3 drop in the control group;with the drop ratio being 5.71%.(2)Before treatment,the two groups of gender,age,Cohen grading,the distribution of individual symptom score and symptom score compared not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.(3)After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the strength of the blepharospasm strength grading(Cohen grading)and the total score of TCM syndromes,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Overall efficacy analysis showed that the total effective rate was 91.18%in the observation group after treatment,which was significantly better than the total effective rate of 62.50%in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(5)In terms of safety,no adverse events occurred in all patients during the treatment,no obvious abnormal changes were observed in blood routine examination,liver and renal function test,and no statistical significance was found in the two groups of blood routine examination,liver and renal function test function(P<0.05).Conclusions:1."Modified Dingxian Pills" combined with "Orvzanol Tablets + Vitamin B1 tablet +ATP tablet+Calcium Gluconate tablets" is effective in the treatment of patients with blepharospasm for the liver wind and phlegm stagnation,and is reducing the scores of TCM syndromes and grading the blepharospasm strength grading(Cohen grading).And to improve clinical symptoms is more advantageous than simply using "Oryzanol Tablets +Vitamin B1 tablet +ATP tablet + Calcium Gluconate tablets".2."Modified Dingxian Pills"found no significant adverse reactions,with good security.
