Clinical Observation Of Dingxian Xifeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Wind Phlegm Closed Orifices Epilepsy

Objective: Evaluate the clinical curative effect of Dingxian Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of wind phlegm closed orifices epilepsy,analysis Dingxian Xifeng Decoction treating wind phlegm closed orifices epilepsy mechanism.Methods: Will be included in the standard,70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in two groups,each group of 35 cases.Control group treated by routine western medicine,the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy,combined with Dingxian Xifeng Decoction,a dose of daily.At the end of the two groups before treatment,treatment of TCM symptoms integral,seizure frequency,degree of abnormal electroencephalogram(eeg),serum CRP content determination.Results: 1.A total of 65 patients completed the observation,this study treatment group fall off 3 cases,32 cases,control group fall off in 2 cases,complete 33 cases;2.Two groups of patients with gender,age,duration,type of attack,attack frequency of march before,serum CRP content by chi-square test,rank and comparison test,t test,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,it shows that two groups of comparable;3.Two groups of patients was performed after the treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral,seizure frequency and the comparison of serum CRP levels,and between groups within two way by t test,P<0.05,the tips are difference compared with before treatment,and curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.4.Two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms improvement,seizure frequency,electroencephalogram(eeg)to improve the degree,the rank and inspection comparison,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group in improving TCM symptoms,reducing frequency of seizure,eeg in patients with improved better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The Dingxian Xifeng Decoction in patients of wind phlegm closed orifices epilepsy can significantly reduce the attack number of times,The patient’s quality of life improved;2.The Dingxian Xifeng Decoction treating epilepsy.Set out of wind phlegm closed orifices epilepsy mechanism may be related to inflammation of antagonism;3.The Dingxian Xifeng Decoction treatment of wind phlegm closed orifices epilepsy high safety,efficacy significantly.
