Study On The Rule Of Prescriptions For Edema Disease In Song And Yuan Dynasties

Objective:To search for prescription prescriptions for edema disease in ancient medical literature of the Song and Yuan Dynasties and conduct data mining,including drug frequency,sexual taste,drug-association,core combination,and new-party clustering in the prescription.Analysis,and then from the whole to determine its medication law and the characteristics of the prescription,analysis of the Song and Yuan Dynasties treatment of edema disease formula prescription law.Methods:Firstly,on the basis of the "Chinese Medicine Prescription"prescription base and the "Chinese Medical Dictionary" e-book search,the prescriptions for the treatment of edematous diseases in the ancient books of the Song and Yuan Dynasties,such as Medical Treatment and Fangshu,were systematically searched and collected.Secondly,the prescriptions meeting the standards were screened,and the names,main diseases,provenances,dosage forms,and compositional medicines of these prescriptions were used to establish a database using Excel software,and the Chinese medicine inheritance supporting platform system(V2.5)was input.Afterwards,they set up separate statistical tables based on categories of medicines,classics,taste,and individual herbs,and used data statistical software,such as the Chinese medicine inheritance platform system(V2.5),etc.,on the frequency of use of medicines,their frequencies,and their medicines.Classes,classics,taste,etc.are used for statistical analysis.Then use software data mining methods such as association rules,complex system entropy clustering,core drug pairs and Xinfang combination to analyze the 518 prescription agent.Finally,the results of data mining are summed up and analyzed to analyze the dominant and implicit compatibility rules and medication characteristics of edema disease during the Song and Yuan Dynasties.By using traditional Chinese medicine theory,combined with Professor Sun Wei's guidance,the Chinese medicine treatment in the Song and Yuan Dynasties was analyzed and discussed.Edema disease prescription law.Results:Totally 518 prescriptions were included.There were 331 Chinese herbal medicines,and the top ten were:Sangbaipi,tangerine peel,wolfberry fruit,betel nut,red peony root,Fangji,woody,Ganzi,ginger,etc.Yu Liren.The top five drugs in the drug category were Lishui swelling drugs(18.2%),Junchushuishuishui drugs(14.0%),Qiqi drugs(13.0%),cough and asthma drugs(12.4%),and divergent wind cold drugs(9.2%).Among them,42.6%were warm and 41.7%were cold.The top three drugs were lung,spleen and stomach.When the number of support is 25 and the confidence is 0.75,the association analysis yields a total of two flavors,three flavors,and four flavors.Among them,the drugs with a frequency of more than 50 times are:tangerine peel,mulberry white skin,Fangji,mulberry white,and mulberry White skin,red peony root,mulberry white skin,wolfberry fruit,orange peel,red peony root,Fangji,wolfberry fruit,Fangji,red peony root,Yu Liren,mulberry white skin,orange peel,Fangji,orange peel,betel nut.When the correlation degree is set to 8 and the penalty degree is set to 2,the cluster analysis shows that 72 pairs of drug groups with a correlation coefficient of>0.0102.There are 38 core groups such as Magnolia,Atractylodes,and Astragalus,etc.,and a total of 19 newcombinations such as Magnolia,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Alisma,and Poria.Conclusion:According to the data,in addition to the characteristics of the edema group used in the treatment of edema in the Song and Yuan Dynasties,the emphasis was also placed on the air qi and qi method,both the divergent and cold medicine,the spleen and warming medicine,and the gas supplement The use of drugs,etc.,cold temperature balance system,multi-dimensional treatment,return to the lungs and spleen and more common,toxic drugs commonly used,good use of food therapy,insects use less drugs.There are three main basic models for the association of rational gas drugs with diuresis,diuresis and diuresis,and qi and qi drugs.The core combination embodies the concepts of earth-improvement,water-warming,gas-supply,and Xuanfei-line water.It is of great significance to use the new combination formed by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform,such as the therapeutic side,the vomiting party,and the gas party.
