Objective: Use the "Chinese Medical Code" to collect the literature and prescriptions on dysentery in the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,establish a database using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5),and carry out data mining,and then discuss the rules of medication for dysentery in the Song and Jin Dynasties At that time,doctors' understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of dysentery was aimed at guiding modern clinical prescription medication.Methods: Use "Chinese Medical Code" as a search tool to collect prescriptions and literatures for the treatment of dysentery during the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,and collate and collate the collected contents through relevant books,China Knowledge Network and Wanfang,and standardize the prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria for data standardization,Enter into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),establish a prescription database for the treatment of dysentery,use the software's statistical report and data analysis module to perform frequency statistics,association rule analysis and complex entropy cluster analysis,and analyze and study the operation data results,And then explore the medication rules for the treatment of dysentery in the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,and infer the treatment of dysentery according to this.Results: There were 539 prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria,involving 244 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The drugs used more than 20 times had 37 flavors,accounting for 73.89% of the total frequency.Heat-clearing medicines and warming-liquid medicines are the main ones.Among them,the tonic-deficiency medicines contain qi-invigorating and blood-enriching medicines.The medicine four qi is mainly based on warm medicine,followed by cold medicine,the five flavors are mainly spicy and bitter,and the sweet taste is second.Using association analysis,62 common drug combinations were obtained,with Huanglian-Angelica sinensis having the highest frequency.The core medicines are: Coptis chinensis,dried ginger,aconite,angelica,licorice,magnolia,woody,and ulmus.Based on the entropy cluster analysis of complex systems,24 core combinations and 12 Xinfang groups were obtained.Conclusion: During the period of Jin and Song Dynasties,the treatment method ofsupplementing deficiency and diarrhea,combined use of cold and heat,astringency and acupuncture,supplemented by qi and blood,relieving evil,etc.,the causes can be summarized as exogenous wind,cold and dampness,damp heat and poison,internal injuries,eating emotions The pathogenesis of the disease is based on the deficiency of the spleen and stomach,and the evils of wind,cold,dampness,and poison are the standard,and this is the evidence of the virtual standard.
