| Purpose:This article starts with Li Dongyuan's works and literature,and explores Dongyuan's basic theories,academic thoughts,prescription characteristics and medication rules for treating internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)software was used to analyze the frequency,drug pairs and core combination of Li Gao's commonly used drugs,etc.and explore the basic theories,academic thoughts,characteristics and medication rules of Dongyuan's treatment of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases,so as to provide ideas and references for the research and clinical guidance of TCM in treating internal injury and miscellaneous diseases from the perspective of spleen and stomach.Material and method:This article includes data mining research and clinical prescription use.Data mining research is based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system to perform data mining on Dongyuan's clinical prescription for treating internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.By collecting clinical medical books by Li Dongyuan,using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system for data mining,using the software's integrated frequency statistics method,improved mutual information method,entropy clustering of complex systems and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,to analyze and study Dongyuan's prescription medication experience for internal injuries.The use of clinical prescription is the analysis of Professor Zhang Zhe's clinical prescription for treating internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases through the application of Dongyuan's academic ideas and theories,so as to provide a better idea for modern Chinese medicine to treat internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.Results:1.Based on Dongyuan's works "Distinguishing Internal and External Trauma","Spleen and Stomach",and "The Secret of the Blue Chamber",there were 681 prescriptions for treating internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.In addition to541 repeated prescriptions,through the statistical analysis of these prescriptions,a total of 221 drugs are included.The commonly used medicines more than 100 times are Angelica,Cimicifuga,Astragalus,Bupleurum,Ginseng,Chenpi,Licorice,Zhigancao,Atractylodes,Phellodendron,Radix Atractylodes,Atractylodes,Coptis,Windbreak,Alisma Divine Comedy and other 16 flavors.2.Dongyuan's medications are mainly herbaceous plants,and the efficacy of Chinese medicines classified by statistics is classified.The results show that the top five are heat-clearing drugs,tonic deficiency drugs,antihypertensive drugs,blood circulation and stasis drugs,qi-eliminating drugs,and Huatan Zhikeping Asthm medicine.Through statistical analysis of medicinal properties,the most frequently used drugs are warm drugs,followed by cold drugs and in terms of medicinal tastes,the hard,sweet,and bitter drugs are ranked in the top three.3.Based on the analysis of association rules,the prescriptions of prescriptions are analyzed.The number of support groups is 110 and the frequency of occurrence of?110 times is 62 groups.Chaihu "," Astragalus-ginseng "," Cinnamon-ginseng ".Based on the number of support levels of 110,the confidence level is set to 0.8,and based on the "rule of prescription" and "rule analysis" method,a total of 52 rules are obtained.",Chenpi,Ginseng,Bupleurum ? Astragalus","Ginseng,Angelica,Cimicifuga ? Astragalus".4.Combining the typical medical records of common clinical diseases,Dongyuan academic thought is used to treat internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.Conclusion:This paper makes a preliminary analysis of Dongyuan medication law,summarizes Dongyuan's academic thoughts on clinical treatment of diseases,enriches the theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases,and provides a reliable basis for the clinical application of Dongyuan's academic thoughts and theories. |
