Research On The Excavation And Arrangement Of The Ancient Chinese Medicine Literature Of The Song,Jin And Yuan Dynasties

Objective:The purpose of this topic is to systematically and comprehensively collect and sort out the articles in the ancient Chinese medical literature of the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties that contain the relevant records of the prescriptions and medicines for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome,summarize the characteristics of the literature containing the prescriptions and medicines for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome in the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,and analyze and summarize the drug use laws through modern data mining technology,in order to provide certain ideas and reference value for the clinical use of arthralgia syndrome and academic research of Chinese medicine.Methods:With the 843 bibliographies of ancient Chinese medicine books,the General Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books and the Examination of Chinese Medical Books stipulated by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the "Special Program for the Inheritance of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books and Characteristic Technologies" as the reference scope,the collection of ancient Chinese medicine literature and literature containing arthralgia syndrome in the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties was carried out;Then,using WPS Office 2022,SPSS 22.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 Apriori algorithm,the frequency of use,tropism of nature and taste,drug efficacy,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and association network analysis were carried out to explore the literature characteristics of arthralgia syndrome treatment in Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties and to explore the possible relationships and laws between oral drugs for arthralgia syndrome treatment in Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties.Results:After statistics,41 medical literature containing oral prescriptions for arthralgia in Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties were collected,and 462 prescriptions were selected.It was found that the relevant literature had standardized standards,and the official compilation and family collection of prescriptions were unique and varied,all of which had their own characteristics.After screening 462 prescriptions,273 prescriptions for data mining research were finally obtained,involving 221 Chinese herbs,of which 11 were found with frequency≥50,27 were found with frequency < 50 and ≥20,60 were found with frequency < 20 and ≥5,and 123 were found with frequency < 5 and ≥1,with a total frequency of 2514 times.The warm nature is the most important,followed by cold nature;Most of the medicines are bitter and pungent.Meridian tropism mostly belongs to liver meridian and spleen meridian;In the classification of efficacy,drugs for dispersing wind-cold and drugs for warming interior are the main ones;According to cluster analysis,seven cluster results were obtained,including frankincense,myrrh and kusnezoff monkshood.Gastrodia elata,Scorpio;Acanthopanax Cortex,Coicis Semen and Radix Paeoniae Rubra;Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Herba Dendrobii;Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong;Zingiberis Rhizoma,Herba Asari and Zanthoxylum bungeanum;Atractylodis Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix,Poria,Glycyrrhrizae Radix;Eighteen commonly used drug pairs,such as Radix Saposhnikoviae and Herba Asari,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Ginseng,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis and Cortex Cinnamomi and Rhizoma Zingiberis,were obtained from the analysis of association rules.According to the drug association network diagram,it is concluded that Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Cortex Cinnamomi,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Poria,Notopterygii Rhizoma and Atractylodis Rhizoma may be the core drugs for treating arthralgia in Fang Yaozhong during the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties.Finally,the law of drug use is summarized,including rich and flexible drug use;Send medicine according to the cause,pay attention to qi and blood;The taste is mainly hard and warm;More into the liver meridian,followed by the spleen meridian;Exquisite compatibility and proper collocation.Conclusion:During the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,there were many kinds of medical books containing oral prescriptions for treating arthralgia,and prescriptions were the main ones.In terms of medication,he is ingenious and flexible,and is good at combining drugs that dispel wind,remove dampness,dispel cold and relieve pain with drugs that replenish qi and blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Through sorting out and excavating the related literature of oral prescriptions for arthralgia syndrome in the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,it is found that this period is an important period of inheriting the Han and Tang Dynasties and enlightening the Qing Dynasty,and the understanding of arthralgia syndrome has developed to some extent in terms of related disease names,etiology and pathogenesis,and differential diagnosis.The prescriptions for arthralgia syndrome also show a trend of inheritance and innovation,which not only has a far-reaching impact on later generations,but also has great significance in the clinical treatment of modern arthralgia syndrome,whether it is the applicability of adding and subtracting the original prescription or the inspiration for the compatibility of the self-made prescription.
