To Explore The Compatibility Characteristics Of Prescriptions And The Treatment In Past Dynasties About Lumbago Based On The Dictionary Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions

Objective: The thesis collects and sorts out the oral prescriptions for the treatment of lumbago in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine,summarizes and analyzes the compatibility characteristics of the prescriptions for the treatment of lumbago in the past dynasties,and explores the characteristics and inheritance of the treatment of lumbago by doctors in different periods of history.It hopes to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of lumbago in academic and clinical fields so as to improve clinical efficacy.Methods: Through Microsoft Excel 2019,it numbers the collected prescriptions one by one,and enters relevant information such as dynasty,prescription source,prescription name,drug composition,usage,and indications to establish a lumbago prescription database.Through Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5 software,and by means of frequency statistics,drug model,complex system entropy cluster analysis,the thesis finally summarizes the rules of drug use and the characteristics of the treatment methods combined with TCM theoretical statistics of analyzing the medication,four qi,five flavors,frequency of belonging to meridian,and with rules and characteristics of commonly used drug pairs and clustering new prescriptions.Results: Among the 28 prescriptions for lumbago in the Tang and pre-Tang period,the top ten prescriptions were cinnamon,eucommia,rehmannia,licorice,angelica,chuanxiong,white peony,dried ginger,achyranthes,ginseng respectively,among which Eucommia-cinnamon,licorice-cinnamon,and rehmannia-cinnamon are commonly used medicine pairs.During this period,the medications were mild and cold in nature,and sweet and pungent drugs were more common,mainly in the kidney,liver,and heart channels.Through complex system entropy cluster analysis,two new clustering methods are obtained.Among the 167 prescriptions used in the treatment of lumbago during the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the top ten prescriptions were Eucommia,Achyranthes,Cinnamon,Aconite,Angelica,Guizhi,Fangfeng,Psoralen,Bixie,Notopterygium Incisum respectively,among which Achyranthes-Eucommia,Achyranthes-cinnamon and Eucommia-cinnamon are commonly used medicine pairs.During this period,the medication properties were mild and moderate,with pungent and sweet flavors as the main ingredients,and mainly the kidney,liver,and spleen channels.Through complex system entropy clustering analysis,4 new clustering methods are obtained.Among the 193 prescriptions used to treat lumbago during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the top ten prescriptions were eucommia,angelica,psoralen,achyranthes,chuanxiong,licorice,cumin,cinnamon,cork,and sylvestris.Among them,eucommia-psoralen Fat,Eucommia-Angelica and Achyranthes-Eucommia are commonly used medicine pairs.During this period,the medication is mild and moderate,with sweet and pungent flavors in the majority,and it mainly belongs to the liver,kidney and spleen channels.Through complex system entropy cluster analysis,12 new clustering formulas are obtained.There are 388 prescriptions for the treatment of lumbago in the past dynasties.The top ten prescriptions were Eucommia,Angelica,Achyranthes,Cinnamon,Psoralen,Aconite,Fangfeng,Chuanxiong,Licorice,and Duhuo.Among them,Achyranthes-Eucommia,Eucommia-Tonic Bone fat,Eucommia-Angelica 3 medicine pairs are the most common.The medicine used in the treatment of lumbago in the past dynasties is mild and moderate,with sweet,pungent,and bitter flavors as the main source of the kidney,liver,and spleen channels.Through complex system entropy cluster analysis,18 new clustering methods are obtained.Conclusion: During the Tang and the pre-Tang period,the main medicines for lumbago were cinnamon,eucommia ulmoides and other warming and tonic drugs.At the same time,it is often compatible with yin-tonifying drugs,embodying the method of warming the kidney and boosting yang,replenishing the kidney qi,and complementing yin and yang.The medicine for removing blood stasis promoted the circulation of qi and blood,which laid the foundation for later generations to treat lumbago.During the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the frequency,type,and number of prescriptions increased significantly compared with the previous period.The compatibility characteristics of medicines for lumbago during this period followed the Tang and pre-Tang period,focusing on compatibility of warming medicines and tonics,but there are also developments.The frequency of dispelling rheumatism and antisurface drugs has increased significantly.In the treatment,more attention has been paid to tonic liver and kidney,dispelling wind and cold and removing dampness,taking both evil and right,and dispelling evil.It does not hurt the righteousness,strengthens the righteousness and does not keep the evil.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,it is good at summing up the previous experience.Based on the former,the proportion of blood-tonifying and blood-activating drugs has increased significantly,and the frequency of heat-clearing drugs has increased.This shows that the treatment of lumbago in this period focuses on warming and nourishing blood,and also the heat removal method.Throughout the ancient and modern times,the Tang and the pre-Tang period established the general prescriptions and the treatment of lumbago.On this basis,the Song,Jin,Yuan,Ming and Qing periods have their own characteristics,which explains the compatibility of prescriptions and treatments of lumbago in different historical periods are continuously inherited and developed.Through the analysis of the medicines used in the past generations for the treatment of lumbago,the four qi,the five flavors,and the frequency of returning menstruation,it is concluded that the doctors of the past dynasties used warm medicines for the treatment of lumbago.Deficiency medicine is mainly compatible with Wenli medicine,and at the same time it is compatible with medicines for promoting blood circulation,relieving the surface,and eliminating rheumatism.In addition,through the analysis of past generations of medication patterns and clustering of new prescriptions,it can be found that in addition to the above-mentioned compatibility characteristics,there are other compatibility medicines for dampening dampness,soothing liver and promoting qi.It can be seen that the nature and flavor of the medicines for the treatment of lumbago are not limited to the same type,indicating that the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbago are complex and diverse.Not only kidney,liver,and spleen diseases can cause lumbago,but also external pathogens and qi and blood stasis.It can cause lumbago,so the treatment of lumbago is not a single method.It mainly reflects warming the kidney and promoting yang,nourishing liver and kidney,replenishing qi and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispelling wind and dampness,dispelling cold and relieving pain,drying dampness and spleen,soothing liver and promoting qi.
