Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Drug Combined With Bioelectrical Stimulation In The Treatment Of Kidney Qi Deficiency Type Of Uterine Prolapse

Objective: Using the TCM symptoms and pelvic floor muscle strength index to research the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Dabuyuanjian combined with acupuncture and bioelectrical stimulation in the treatment of kidney deficiency type uterine prolapse;using chi-square test and Logistic analysis to assess the correlation between indicators and the incidence of uterine prolapse.Methods: 50 uterine prolapse patients with kidney deficiency were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 25,taking Dabuyuanjian,acupuncture and bioelectrical stimulation)and the control group(n = 25,taking acupuncture and bioelectrical stimulation).The improvement of clinical symptoms and pelvic floor muscle strength in two groups before and after treatment were compared before and after treatment.Chi square test and Logistic multivariate analysis were used to assess the correlation between the data of the patients before treatment and the data of 50 patients in the normal group.Results: After the intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and index were difference between the two groups of patients with pelvic floor muscle strength(P < 0.05);the two groups after intervention(class II fast twitch muscle)and slow muscle(type I muscle strength and muscle strength grades)hand inspection level were improved,within and between groups were significantly different(P < 0.05);there is no vaginaldelivery,low economic level and had a history of uterine prolapse risk factors for uterine prolapse of the 3 factors.Conclusion: Dabuyuanjian combined with acupuncture and bioelectrical stimulation in the treatment of kidney deficiency type uterine prolapse is effective and can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength level;there is no vaginal delivery,low economic level and had a history of uterine prolapse risk factors for uterine prolapse of the 3 factors.
