Objectives:To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture combined with bioelectrical stimulation on pelvic floor function of uterine prolapse by observing the symptom improvement(TCM symptom quantitative score, simple questionnaire for quality of life of pelvic floor disorder, simple questionnaire for the impact of pelvic floor disorder),POP-P scale of uterine prolapse and degree of pelvic floor muscle function improvement in patients before and after treatment. Methods : Sixty patients with uterine prolapse who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30),which were treated with warm acupuncture combined with bioelectrical stimulation and bioelectrical stimulation respectively. The improvement of clinical symptoms,TCM symptom score,POP-Q score at each point and pelvic floor muscle tension before and after treatment were evaluated.Statistical software was used to compare the data before and after treatment.Results:1.From the analysis of the total clinical efficacy, the degree of uterine prolapse and clinical symptoms were significantly improved before and after treatment in both groups,of which the effective rate of treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of the control group.2.Analysis from the improvement of patients' symptoms, there were significant differences between the two groups of patients in the quantitative scores of TCMsymptoms before and after treatment, the pelvic floor disorder quality of life table(PFDI-20)scores and the simple questionnaire(PFIQ-7)scores for pelvic floor disorders, which were statistically significant. After treatment, the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PFDI-20 score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, with differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).The PFIQ-7 score of the treatment group was also lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.From the analysis of pelvic floor muscle function, there was a significant difference between the value of the rapid contraction phase and the value of tonic contraction phase before and after treatment(P <0.05).In terms of the measured values of POP-Q at different points, there were differences in Aa,Ba,C,Ap,and Bp before and after treatment between the two groups(P <0.05).However,there was no difference in measured values of TVL(P> 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group for the improvement of the strength of pelvic floor muscle.4.From the analysis of follow-up relapse rate after 3 months of treatment,There was no significant difference in morbidity between the two groups, and no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Conclusions: Warm acupuncture combined with bioelectrical stimulation is superior to bioelectrical stimulation alone in the treatment of uterine prolapse, and the mechanism may be that the combination of the two can further increase the strength of pelvic floor muscles, thus showing a better clinical effect.
