Clinical Study Of Yiqi Gutuo Decoction Combined With Electroacupuncture Treatment Of Mild And Moderate Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Objects:To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi gutuo decoction combined with electroacupuncture treatment of mild and moderate pelvic organ prolapse. Through clinical research, observing changes before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms (questionnaire), pelvic prolapse POP-Q score and pelvic floor muscle evaluation (pelvic floor muscle contraction and muscle sustained contraction time) to evaluate the clinical curative effect of the disease.Methods:40-65 years old 60 cases of mild to moderate spleen and kidney deficiency type pelvic organ prolapse patients were randomly allocated to reference group and treatment group with the same number in one group. The treatment group were treated with Yiqi gutuo Decoction combined with electroacupuncture treatment of 2 courses, the reference group was given electroacupuncture treatment for 2 cycles. The treatment of the two groups were observed before and after treatment and treatment after 3 months of clinical symptoms (each questionnaire score), pelvic floor POP-Q score and pelvic floor muscle evaluation (pelvic floor contraction and muscle sustained contraction time) changes, among the two groups before treatment, after treatment of self control and two group comparison.Results:After the clinical research, the total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 93%, the reference group of that was 73%(P< 0.05); compared with before treatment, after treatment in the two groups of pelvic floor function index (maximal contractile force and duration) increased significantly (P< 0.05), which treatment group improved amplitude was obviously greater than that of reference group, there were differences. (P< 0.05); in improving the clinical symptoms, compared with before treatment, TCM symptoms score, urinary incontinence ICIQ-SF score and pelvic organ prolapse symptoms impact score in two groups after treatment were significantly decreased (P< 0.05), which treatment group decreased obviously greater than that of the reference group, there were differences. (P< 0.05). In addition, the correlation of POP pathogenic factor analysis showed that the POP incidence with age, duration, body mass index, vaginal delivery, menopausal status, chronic constipation and other factors.Conclusion:Yiqi gutuo decoction combined with electroacupuncture treatment of mild and moderate pelvic organ prolapse has obvious curative effect, safety, simple and no side effect advantage.
