With the deepening of medical reform and the continuous demand of people's for good medical resources,it is the fundamental goal for modern public hospitals to actively explore good operation and management system and fine management measures.Hospital admission management is not only an important part between patients and medical experience,but also important carrier and entry point in the hospital discipline development plan,which can achieve bed management,regular follow-up appointment,improve resource efficiency,mining operations management data.It plays a very important role in hospital discipline development plan,market expansion,disease analysis,resource allocation work.This paper takes the case of X hospital admission management center as an example,and by using some research methods:literature analysis,data analysis,regression analysis,mathematical model and other methods to study the changes in the process,management,efficiency of X hospital after the establishment of X hospital admission management center.By contrast,the links of X hospital admission process decrease from the original 7 to 4,the total spent time decreases from the original 60 minutes to 20-40 minutes,the patient's satisfaction with the admission process increased from 63.7%to 80%,The average rate of waiting decreased by 15%,the average length of hospitalized days from the previous 9.10 days down to 8.72 days.The two times tests of mathematical model of the necessity of establishing admission management center(F(x)/ALOSO]/[G(y)/ALOS],the numeral values are 1.14 and 1.20,respectively,which notes:in the growing business situation of X hospital,due to the successful operation of the hospital management center,which can not only reduce the process of patients'entering into the hospital,but also reduce the waiting time to improve the patient medical experience;at the same time,X hospital bed rate has been decreased,the average hospital day has been decreased,while the hospital operating efficiency has been improved,indicating that the establishment of admission management center of the X hospital services,management and efficiency aspects of improvement have played a positive promoting role.The necessity of establishing the mathematical model of the admission management center constructed by X Hospital as an example has a certain value in the management of large-scale comprehensive public hospitals in the city level,but it needs to be further improved and perfected.
