The Design And Implementation Of The IT Operation And Maintenance Management System For A Hospital

In recent years,the scale of informatization construction of various types of hospitals across the country has gradually expanded.The size and functionality of the HIS system,which is the core information system of hospitals,is increasingly large and complex.And the construction of various other supporting information systems is increasing,the number of IT infrastructures is increasing,the amount of data collected is increasing and becoming more complex,and the clinical business based on computers and networks is also increasing.To a certain extent,the quality of IT equipment and system operation and maintenance in hospitals will directly or indirectly affect the normal operation of various medical services in hospitals.Therefore,the importance of hospital IT equipment and system operation and maintenance work is obvious.The system development uses Spring,Hibernate,Restftul,Web Service,Bootstrap based on JAVA language platform,and the current B/S system development framework combination of the software industry.Database management uses MySQL and PostgreSQL systems.Among them,MySQL performs system basic configuration and report data,and manages the ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)process data based on the information technology infrastructure library.PostgreSQL performs processing such as collecting data and statistics.The entire system has a unified,hierarchical,and integrated system architecture.And it focuses on the open interface and security management of the system to support the future integration and expansion needs of the system.The main functions implemented by the system include four modules:request management,message notification,user information synchronization transfer,and WeChat work order transfer.The request management mainly implements a plurality of sub-modules such as a request overview,a create request,an assignment request,a fallback request,a close request,an association change,an association problem,a merge request,and the like.The message notification includes multiple sub-modules such as WeChat message notification sending,viewing,and calling.User information synchronization transfer implements two sub-modules such as WeChat user synchronization and user management.WeChat work order transfer implements sub-modules such as voice format conversion,classification calculation,and file download.The development and implementation of the system can ensure long-term support for the hospital's information construction and meet the needs of the continuous development of IT facilities and system operation and maintenance management.It takes into account the normal development of the current hospital business,and there is sufficient room for development in the future information upgrade of the hospital.After the operation and maintenance management system is gradually upgraded,interconnection,efficient and unified,information sharing,and resource integration will be realized.Maintain a good balance in terms of advancement,practicality,scalability,and stability.It will push the hospital IT facilities and system operation and maintenance work to a new level.
