Research And Realization Of Hospital Comprehensive Operation Management System

Under the new situation where the medical reform continues to deepen,the further development of hospital informatization and the comprehensive operation and management capabilities have ushered in new challenges.It is imperative to strengthen cost control and implement refined management.At present,most hospitals have the following problems in comprehensive operation management and internal control management:(1)The relative independence between management procedures creates the phenomenon of "information islands";(2)Lack of statistics and analysis of management activity data;(3)Weak cost control concepts;(4)Management methods need to be improved.The above problems seriously affect the decision-making management of the hospital,and then affect the vitality and competitiveness of the hospital.In order to solve the above problems,this article conducts research on the hospital’s comprehensive operation management project.The aim is to achieve refined management through information management and accurate data support,reduce operating costs,improve medical quality,strengthen internal control,enhance the core competition of the hospital,and ensure the sustainable development of the hospital.This article first uses the enterprise resource management plan(ERP)idea to determine the main structure of the system,and clarify user needs and system functions.Secondly,using the J2 EE multi-layer architecture,using MVC as the design mode and B/S system architecture,each functional module is realized through the modeling of the main functions of the system and the design of the database.Finally,uses the data interface to connect the system with the HIS system and the financial system,and formulates cost accounting statements through accounting analysis.The system is convenient for managers to obtain accurate data analysis and make decisions that are more conducive to the long-term development of the hospital.Compared with the old system,the main tasks completed by the research project in this article are:1.The consumables dictionary has been improved,and the charging code and consumable code are uniformly corresponding to ensure that the accounts are consistent;2.All management activity processes are operated online,support barcode operation,and ensure closed-loop management and traceability;3.Co-management of multi-level warehouses,which can provide accurate warehouse inventory data after consumables dictionary is improved;4.Provide data interface,realize data sharing with HIS system and financial system,solve the problem of "information island",provide effective data support for hospital cost accounting,and improve operation efficiency.Comprehensive analysis proves that the system is suitable for comprehensive hospital management and is worthy of promotion.
