| In recent years, with the continuously reforming of the health care system, the previous management mode couldn’t meet the demands of the hospitals development. The new challenge to every general hospital in the world is to explore a low-cost and high-profit way to continuously improve the hospital’s management level.As a key factor of the composition department in the General Hospital, Health Management Center provides the large number of security service for each internal work of the hospital. Therefore, it is significant for the hospital development to improve the management mode of the Health Management Center. The influence released by the lean management mode of the Health Management Center in the General Hospital has the conventional breakthrough, and the core of the lean management can be summarized with "accurate, precise, strict and detailing". Among them, “accurate” means that the decision and information, measurement and data, working methods and time convergences are accurate; “precise” says that pursuing the best, keeping improving, and achieving the ultimate of the management and service work; “strict” represents the strict control of the standard, system and deviation; “detailing” expresses the refinement in the management, implementation and operation aspects. Analyzing by synthesis, science and technology is the foundation of lean management, which is characterized by refined operation. In order to achieve the purpose of operating expenses and cost reduction, it makes full use of a variety of existing resources and strengthens the cooperation, and constantly improves the management capabilities of the Health Management Center. As a result, it can enhance work efficiency and realize rationalization of the procedure, thus improving the benefit and efficiency of the General Hospital.This study first systematically introduce the management and a comprehensive hospital health management center related theory, analyzes and discusses the refinement management connotation, and through using the method of literature, field survey method, questionnaire survey method, realistic reflection on the field investigation and comparative study method, with a comprehensive hospital management system, comprehensive hospital health management center as the background, status quo of the management present situation and main problems systematically expounded, and the effective combination of health management and fine management, and analyzes some kind of health management and hospital center existing problems in the management process, in view of the problems in the design and application of fine management mode, to improve management level, improve the efficiency of management, reduce operating costs of health management center, and purpose.This study firstly introduces the relevant theory of lean management and Health Management Center of the General Hospital, then it analysis and discusses the connotation of the lean management. Besides, through the methods of using literature, field investigation, questionnaire survey, reality reflection and comparative research, the study makes the systematic illustration for management status and the main problems of the lean management, regarding the management system and the present situation of the Health Management Center in the General Hospital as the background. In addition, the study combines the health management and lean management effectively, and analysis some problems existing in management process of the Health Management Center in the hospital, meanwhile, it designs and applies the lean management mode for the problems. Ultimately, it not only achieves the goal of improving the management level and efficiency, but also the goal of reducing the management and operating costs of the Health Management Center.To prove the lean management has good effect in health management, the physical-test personnel and medical staff were made the baseline survey separately. After that, the lean management is carried out in the Health Management Center, and 2 years later the medical staff and physical-test personnel were made the final survey again. To compare the effect obtained from the application of this kind of management mode, the two groups of data shows that the latter test quality, test time, test efficiency and test satisfaction were better than that in the baseline survey results obviously. In the development of daily work, standardization, processization, refinement and data processing were the core of the management. In a real application scene, the work carried out by the hospital has four aspects at least. First of all, the hospital should complete every system and procedure; besides, it need collect and the date involved in the hospital work to establish a management system; what’s more, it must assess the hospital work quantitatively; at last, it optimizes the work and reasonably.Since the lean management mode was implemented, it took a variety of powerful means and further expanded reputation of health management, and established excellent department image, so that the work efficiency was enhanced, the cost was reduced, the medical satisfaction was improved, and more examination customers were attracted. Comparing the baseline survey and the final survey, the number of physical examination showed the sustained growth, and the total time of medical examination was shortened to 161 min from the previous 174 min though the optimization. The medical satisfaction of the physical examination procedure, the physical examination quality and the service manner were higher than that in the baseline survey. Of course, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). It showed that the integrated management of Health Management Center was standardized, and the problems and deficiencies of the management in the Health Management Center were solved, through proving the foundation of scientific management, emphasis of the lean management device and the introduction of deficacy management mode. The results displayed that the management efficiency was improved, so that the management costs of the hospital Health Management Center were reduced and work efficiency was improved in the Health Management Center. |
