Jiawei Sicao Decoction For The Treatment Of Uterine Adenomyosis Of Kidney Deficiency And Heat-stasis Menorrhagia Clinical Research

Objective:In this study,Jiawei Sicao Decoction and Caffeic Acid Tablets were used to treat menorrhagia caused by adenomyosis.By observing the improvement of menstrual flow(PBAC score),hemoglobin value,uterine volume,menstrual multi-specific survival quality and TCM syndrome before and after treatment,we can explore whether Jiawei Sicao Decoction can improve syndromes of patients with adenomyosis of Kidney Deficiency and Heat-stasis menorrhagia and evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Then we can provide a preliminary theoretical basis for the conservative treatment of adenomyosis in Chinese medicine.Methods:This study collected 40 cases of patients diagnosed with adenomyosis and met the diagnostic criteria of 2017.08-2018.10 in the gynaecological clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Jiawei Sicao Decoction?Caffeic Acid Tablets)and control group(Caffeic Acid Tablets)with 20 cases in each group.After three menstrual cycles,we can observe patients' PBAC score,hemoglobin value,uterine volume,menstrual multi-specific survival quality score and changes in TCM symptoms.Then,we fill in various observation forms and analyze data in detail.Results:(1)The total clinical efficacy:the total effective rate was 95%in the treatment group and 65%in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Menstrual volume:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the two groups decreased and there was significant difference(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(3)Uterine volume:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in contrast between the two groups after treatment.Significance(P>0.05),the two groups were equally effective.(4)Hemoglobin(Hb)value:the hemoglobin values of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05);within the group,the hemoglobin values of the two groups were significantly increased before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01);The difference between the groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)MS-QOL score:compared within the group,the scores of the patients before treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(6)TCM syndrome score:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group decreased after treatment and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score decreased after treatment in the control group,statistically significant(P>0.05);there was a significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndrome between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Jiawei Sicao Decoction can effectively improve TCM syndromes of menorrhagia patients with menstrual cramps,reduce menstrual flow,control uterine volume to a certain extent and improve patients' anemia symptoms and quality of life,with little side effects and clinical safety.The therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sicao Decoction combined with caffeic acid tablets is better than that of oral caffeic acid tablets,which reflects the advantages of Jiawei Sicao Decoction in traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
