| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and influence of the patients with the changed Shen Gui Hu Xin decoction and Chinese medicine adjunctive therapy of patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods:This study selected outpatients from the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to December 2017,sixty patients diagnosed according to the inclusion criteria and informed consent were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases by random number table.The treatment group was treated with Shen Gui Hu Xin Decoction combined with acupoint application and western medicine basic treatment,and the control group was treated with western medicine basic treatment and Shen Hu Hu Xin Decoction?After 4 weeks,comparing the changes of following indexs before and after treatment in the two groups:the heart function classification,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome integral,the life quality score and the 6minute walking test.Results:1.TCM syndrome integral change:the scores of the 2 groups are decreased after treatment,(P<0.01),the treatment group is more obvious than the control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the control group is 70.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,and the comparison between the groups has very significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The treatment group's TCM syndrome is improved better.2.The efficacy of NYHA:The total effective rate of the control group is 66.67%and the total effective rate of the treatment group is 76.67%.The comparison between the 2 groups has significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group on improving the classification of cardiac function is better than that of the control group.3.The scores of the life qulity of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01).It was proved that the treatment group had better effects on improving the quality of life.4.The six minute walking test was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment in the two groups,and the comparison group was better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin decoction combined with acupoint application can improve TCM syndrome scores in patients with chronic heart failure(heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome);2.The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin decoction combined with acupoint application can improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure(heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome);3.The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin decoction combined with acupoint application can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure(heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome);4.The changed Shen Gui Hu Xin decoction combined with acupoint application can improve the 6-minute walking distance of patients with chronic heart failure(heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome). |
