| Objective:This study aimed to construct a standardized nursing quality evaluation index system,which was based on current situation of development and utilization of nursing quality evaluation indicators in China,and provide reference for the regions and hospitals in different developing stages.Methods:Through literature review,an overall summary of the related studies referring to nursing quality evaluation indexsystem was conducted.At the same time,the current situation of nursing quality evaluation indicators of general hospital was investigated by convenient sampling method.Use for reference experiences which come from the construction and application of nursing quality evaluation index system,the initial evaluation index system of nursing quality was established based on the three-dimensional model of Donabedian as the basic theoretical framework,which including structure dimension,process dimension and result dimension.Using the Delphi method,by consultation of the nursing administration experts from 14 provinces,a standardized nursing quality evaluation index system which conforms to current requirements was constructed.Results:A standardized nursing quality evaluation index system including 4 items in the first grade and 26 items in the second grade was constructed.The Enthusiasm Coefficient of 2 rounds was 100%and 94.74%,the Authority Coefficient was 0.94 and 0.89.After 2 rounds of Delphi procedures,the Coefficient of Variation of indicators rationality of the first grade is 0.06-0.12,the Coefficient of Variation of importance degree of the second grade is 0.00-0.12,and the Coefficient of Variation of operability is 0.00-0.23.All of the Coefficient of Variation was less than 0.25.Conclusions:In this study,a standardized nursing quality evaluation index system which is comprehensive,time effective,scientific and practical is established,provide a reference for nursing administrators to evaluate nursing quality. |
