| Research objective:This study takes the “three-dimensional quality structure” model as the theoretical basis,combines the current nursing work condition of domestic psychiatric open wards,uses Delphi expert consultation method to construct a psychiatric open ward nursing quality evaluation index system.In order to more accurately understand the role of each indicator in the overall evaluation,we use the analytic hierarchy process to determine weights and combined weights of every indicator in evaluation index system.A preliminary empirical study was conducted to analyze the application effects of the evaluation index system,to provide a scientific and reliable tool for assessing the quality of nursing care in psychiatric open ward,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of specialist nurses in psychiatry.Research methods:(1)On the basis of the “three-dimensional quality structure” model,this study initially established a prototype of the psychiatric open ward nursing quality evaluation index system through literature review and semi-structured interviews;(2)Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,Screening evaluation indicators,evaluating the enthusiasm,authority,recommendation concentration and coordination of the experts,and forming a psychiatric open ward nursing quality evaluation index system;(3)The AHP is used to determine the weights and combination weights of every indicator in the evaluation index system.(4)The psychiatric open wards of 8 hospitals in ShanXi Province were used as evaluation objects,and applying the established evaluation index system and using a combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation evaluate the quality of nursing.Research results:(1)Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted in this study.Expert consultation results: The positive coefficients of the experts were 1 and 0.934 respectively;the authoritative coefficients were 0.82 and 0.84 respectively;the coordination coefficients were 0.187 and 0.231 respectively,and the P<0.01 for all.(2)Indicator consultation results were that the initial drafted nursing quality evaluation index prototype of the psychiatric open ward includes 3 first-level indicators,11second-level indicators,and 73 third-level indicators;The first round of expert consultation results were to add one second-level indicators and 13 third-level indicators,delete 5third-level indicators,and at the same time split some indicators and amend words to form a second round of expert consultation questionnaires,which includes 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,80 third-level indicators;the second-round expert consultation results were to add two third-level indicators,and combine two third-level indicators,and finally form a psychiatric open ward nursing quality evaluation index system,which includes three first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,81third-level indicators.(3)The weight of each indicator is determined by the AHP method,The maximum weight of the first-level indicator link is 0.5390,followed by the factor quality of 0.2972 and the final quality of 0.1638.(4)The comprehensive scores of psychiatric open ward nursing care in 8 hospitals in Shanxi Province were between 78.31 and 85.19,with an average score of 81.09.Research Conclusion:Based on the more mature "three-dimensional quality structure" model theory,it is scientific and reasonable to use Delphi expert consultation method to construct the evaluation index system for the nursing quality of psychiatric open wards,with complete coverage and clarity;Delphi method and AHP are combined to make the weight setting results of every evaluation indicator are scientific and reliable;and quality assessment is performed using a combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation methods,which proves that the evaluation index system has strong operability and can provide a theoretical basis for the training of specialist nurses. |
