Research On The Establishment Of The Evaluation Index System Of Geriatric Hospical Nursing Process Quality

PurposeTo establish the envaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursing processquality by selecting the scienctific, objectival, accurate evaluation indexes, and set theweights of all classes indicators, in order to lay a certain foundation for thestandardized management of aged care.ObjectiveThe envaluation index system of geriatric hospital nursing process qualityMethodsPreliminarily drawn up a envaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursingprocess quality by reviewing literatures, drawing on relevant theories and policies;Screened indexes by the Delphi method; Ascertained the index weight by the analytichierarchy process(AHP) method and the experts，evaluation method; Analysised andproofed evaluation index system by combining the qualitative method andquatitative method; Analyzed data by Excel2003and the SPSS17.0software.Results1. The representative and reliability of the expertsThe percentage of questionaire received from2round of expert consulations was100%, which shown that the panel had a higher positive; By analysising the generalinformation and the authority of the panel qualitatively, we got the result that thepanel had better representative and higher authority; The experts，coordinatecoefficients after2round surveys were0.278,0.402, which shown that the surveyresult was desirable.2. The establishment of the evaluation index System of geriatric hospical nursingprocess qualityUsing Delphi method, the mean importance of index is beyond3.5and thecoefficient of variance is less than2.5，as the index system screening criteria askingfor. After2round expert consulations, the expert’s coodination was graduallyincreased. Eventually we established the evaluation index System of geriatric hospicalnursing process quality which included3first-class indexes,17second-class indexes,and55third-class indexes. 3. The weights of all class indexes were setted.The weights of the first and the second class indexes were setted using AHPmethod at the basis of the mean importance of index. The weights of the first-classindexes were0.4,0.4, and0.2. The weights of the third-chass indexes were setted bythe mean importance of index and we worked out the combination weight by theprinciple of probability multiplication.Conclution1. We established the evaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursing processquality. The evaluation index system is scientific,reliable, and covers widely.2. The weight of the evaluation index system of geriatric hospical nursing processquality is scientific, reasonable and accuracy.
