Construction Of Nursing Quality Evaluation Index System For Intra-aortic Balloon Pump

Research Purpose:Through evidence summary,expert consultation and data analysis,a set of IABP nursing quality evaluation index system was constructed,so as to formed a scientific,objective and quantitative basis,and provided a reference for the implementation of standardized nursing for IABP patients.Research Methods:1.Firstly,the evidence-based nusing method was used to read and analyze relevant domestic and foreign literature by developing a rigorous search strategy,after evaluating the quality of the literature,relevant evidences were extracted,and these evidences were evaluated by using the JBI evidence pregrading system.Finally,relevant indicators are discussed,And formulated the first draft of nursing quality evaluation indicators.2.Secondly,using the Delphi technique,two rounds of inquiry were carried out to 15 clinical experts in the critical care areas of the province who were proficient in IABP technology.Through the statistical analysis of the consulting results,and the modification expert opinions,the final draft of the nursing quality index was established.Research Results:1.By the way of searching literature and assessing literature quality,21 relevant literatures were finally included,including 2 clinical practice guideline,3 expert consensus and evidence summary,2 randomized controlled trial studies,3 cohort studies,5 Analytical cross-sectional study,6 reviews,;IABP’s preliminary nursing quality assessment index covers three dimensions:structure,process,and result.2.In the two rounds of expert letter inquiries,The questionnaire response rate of the two rounds of expert letter inquiries were 100% and 93%(both greater than 70%),indicating that the experts are very enthusiastic about this research,the authority coefficients of expert opinions were0.89 and 0.91(both greater than 0.8),and the coefficient of coordinated expert opinions was 0.142-0.336(P <0.01);In the second round of inquiry,the coefficient of variation of index importance was 0.00-0.27,and the operability coefficient was 0.00-0.19(all less than 0.3);the final IABP nursing quality evaluation index was established.The system includes 3 first-level indicators,9second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.Research Conclusion:This study established an IABP nursing quality evaluation index system based on evidence and Delphi method to ensure the scientificity,operability and rationality of the index system,which has certain guiding significance for the clinical care and management of IABP.
