| Objectives To understand the family cohesion and adaptability, resilience and medical coping modes of female infertility patients,to analyze the influencing factors of family cohesion and adaptability of female infertility patients, and to explore the relationship between the family cohesion and adaptability of female infertility patients with resilience and medical coping style, explore the mediating effect of resilience in family cohesion and adaptability and medical coping modes,in order to improve their family function and resilience of female infertility patients and guide them to take a positive coping mode to provide theoretical basis. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 181 cases of female infertility patients treated in the reproductive clinics of two Class III Grade I hospitals in anhui province from February to December 2016.The self-made general data questionnaire,Family adaptation and cohesion scales, second edition-chinese version(FACES II-CV),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and medical coping modes(MCMQ)were used to carry out the questionnaire survey.Epidata3.0 software was used to establish the database and data entry, and SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze the data.Statistical analysis was used to analyze scores of the family cohesion and adaptability of female infertility, resilience and medical coping modes. The influence factors of family cohesion and adaptability of female infertility patients were discussed using single factor variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The relationship between family cohesion and adaptability, resilience and medical coping mode was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. The mediator effect test method proposed by Professor Wen Zhonglin was used to explore the resilience in family cohesion and adaptability and medical coping modes. Results 1.Family cohesion and adaptability of female infertility patients:(1)The actual scores of the two dimensions of FACES II-CV scale were(67.74±12.27)points and(44.14±9.52)points,and the ideal scores were(87.40±0.67)points and(69.38±0.69)points.The actual score of family cohesion and adaptability scale was compared with the ideal score and domestic norm, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the ideal score, the family closeness and adaptability actually scored lower.Compared with the domestic norm, the actual score of familial closeness was higher, while the actual score of family adaptability was lower. In the actual distribution of family types, the median family was the largest, accounting for 50.3%,while the balance family was second, accounting for 32.5%,and the extreme family was the least, accounting for 17.2%.(2)The single factor analysis of variance showed that : there were significant differences in family cohesion scores between different level of education, place of residence, family month income, her husband is an only child and family dwelling type(P < 0.05);there were significant differences in family adaptability between different level of education, family month income, she and her husband is an only child and family dwelling type(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups of different cause of infertility, type of infertility, infertility diagnosis time(P>0.05).(3)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level was the influencing factor of family cohesion and family adaptability in female infertility patients.Different family dwelling type and whether only child were the influencing factor of family cohesion.2.The mental resilience of female infertility patients: the score of resilience score(56.97±17.06)was lower than the domestic norm(65.4±13.90),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The status of female infertility patients medical coping modes: in the face of dimensions for(19.22±3.73)points,avoidance dimension is(15.37±3.07)points,yield dimension(8.42±2.71)points,including avoidance dimension is higher than domestic norm(14.44±2.97),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Relationship between family cohesion and adaptability and resilience and medical coping mode of female infertility patients:(1)Pearson correlation analysis results show that the psychological dimension of toughness and self-strengthening,optimism dimension and family cohesion actual scores were positively correlated(r=0.358~0.462,P <0.01),and the family adaptability actual scores were positively correlated(r=0.422~0.524,P <0.01).(2)The family cohesion scores and coping style in dimension was positively correlated(r=0.213,P<0.01);the yield was negatively correlated with the dimensions(r=-0.273,P<0.01);family adaptability scores and coping style in dimension was positively correlated(r=0.229,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with yield dimensions(r=-0.198,P<0.01).(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of psychological resilience and toughness,self-strengthening dimension and optimistic dimension were positively correlated with the face dimension of medical coping(r = 0.237 ~ 0.314,P <0.01).(4)Using the analysis of the mediation effect method proposed by Professor Wen Zhonglin, the results show that the toughness,self-strengthening and optimistic dimension of psychological resilience are the dimensions of women’s infertility in family cohesion and adaptability and the medical coping modes of face dimension, effects are established.Toughness acts as a complete intermediary between family cohesion and adaptability and coping coping, and the proportion of mediating effects is 0.478,0.483 respectively.Self-strengthening dimension acts as a complete intermediary between family cohesion and adaptability and coping with coping,The proportion of mediating effect to the total effect is 0.562,0.569 respectively.Optimism plays a complete intermediary between family cohesion and adaptability and coping coping, and the proportion of mediating effect is 0.309 and 0.1313 respectively. Conclusions 1.Compared with the domestic norm, the actual family cohesion score of female infertility patients is higher, and the actual family adaptability score is lower. The total score of resilience is lower;Coping modes are more likely to be avoided.2.Education level is the factors influencing family cohesion and family adaptability in female infertility patients.3.Family cohesion and adaptability can predict the psychological resilience, psychological resilience can predict face coping, family cohesion and adaptability can predict face coping.4.Family cohesion and adaptability, resilience all dimensions are medical face coping.prediction variables, the dimensions of psychological resilience play an intermediary relationship beteen family cohesion, adaptability and face coping. |
