| Objective:To understand the current situation of the psychological resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province, explore the impact of demography characteristics, data related to infertility diseases, coping style choices,self-efficacy levels, social support levels, and intimate relationship satisfaction on the psychological resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province,so as to provide theoretical guidance for clinical intervention to improve the psychological resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province in the later period, and promote the physical and mental health of infertile patients.Methods:1.Guided by the theory of resilience dynamic system, the research survey scale was determined to include:CD-RISC-10,MCMQ,RAS,GSES,SSRS.Pre investigation of30 patients.2.From January 2022 to December 2022,convenience sampling method was used to select infertile patients who underwent assisted reproductive therapy in a tertiary hospital in Yunnan Province for face-to-face questionnaire surveys. The collected data were recorded using Epidata3.1 for two individuals.3.Use SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis of the data.K-S test data does not obey normal distribution. The number of cases(n),percentage(%),and quartile M(P25,P75)were used to statistically describe the demography data, level of resilience, medical coping style, level of self-efficacy,social support, and intimacy satisfaction of infertile patients.Analyze the differences in psychological resilience scores among different demographic and sociological characteristics using non parametric testing methods.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between resilience and social support, general self-efficacy,intimate relationship satisfaction, and social support. The variables with P<0.2 in demography variables and the scales and dimensions with significant differences in correlation analysis were included in the multiple linear regression analysis of the influencing factors of the resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province.Results:1.This study distributed 248 questionnaires and ultimately included 238 valid questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 95.97%.2.In the basic data, non elderly infertility patients are the main group(159 cases,66.8%),and the ethnic group is mainly Han(161 cases,67.6%).The diagnosis period is mainly 2-4 years(90 cases,37.8%)and>4 years(99 cases,41.6%),and the attitude of the majority of patients’families remains unchanged(183 cases,76.9%).3.The median score of CD-RISC-10 of infertile patients in Yunnan Province was26.0(22.0,31.0),the median score of RAS was 22.0(21.0,24.0),the median score of GSES was 26.0(22.0,30.0),the median score of MCMQ was 51.0(48.0,53.0),and the median score of SSRS was 39.0(35.0,44.0).4.There was a statistically significant difference in resilience between Han and ethnic minorities(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in resilience between other groups; There was a positive correlation between intimate relationship satisfaction and resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province(r=0.230,P<0.01),a positive correlation between self-efficacy and resilience(r=0.402,P<0.01),a positive correlation between coping style and resilience(r=0.257,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between acceptance resignation and resilience(r=-0.227,P<0.01).Self-efficacy(P<0.05),coping style(P<0.05),ethnic group(P<0.05),and family attitude change(P<0.05)were independent influencing factors for the resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province.5.Self-efficacy(b=0.459,t=6.501,P<0.05),coping style(b=0.196,t=2.172,P<0.05),ethnicity(b=3.186,t=3.859,P<0.05),and family attitude change(b=-1.362,t=-1.988,P<0.05)were independent influencing factors for the level of resilience of infertility patients in Yunnan Province. In this study, the regression equation was established:y=18.093+0.459*self-efficacy+0.196*coping style+3.186*ethnicity-1.362*change in family attitude. Conclusions:The resilience of infertility patients in Yunnan Province is at a moderate level, with Han Chinese having a higher resilience than those of ethnic minority patients, which may be due to significant differences in the cultural level of different ethnic groups included in the study. The higher the satisfaction of intimate relationship, the higher the level of self-efficacy,and the better the coping style of infertile patients in Yunnan Province, the higher their resilience; The acceptance resignation has a negative effect on the resilience infertile patients.Ethnicity, family members’attitude change,self-efficacy,and coping style are independent factors influencing the resilience of infertile patients in Yunnan Province.According to the above results,it is suggested that medical workers should correctly intervene with patients to enhance the self-efficacy of infertile patients, guide patients to adopt correct coping styles, and improve the level of resilience of infertile patients. The communication between patients, effective cooperation with patients Utilize efficient intervention models for intervention, etc. |
